Fantastic brunch!

I've been wanting to go for a meal at The Landmark London for quite a while and am very happy to finally have made it there! Went for a friend's birthday celebrations and it was brilliant. 2 of us didn't want the champagne (don't drink alcoholic drinks) and they were very accommodating and we... read more

We had a fantastic Sunday Brunch at the Winter Garden at the Landmark Hotel. It is an epic selection of food, so be selective! We found Aga and her well drilled team friendly and highly efficient. Doing exactly what you need them to do to make sure you can enjoy the various cuisines on offer. Start with a full English... More

I have just had an amazing Sunday brunch with a friend, we usually go for afternoon tea in London for a combination of Christmas and belated birthday pressies to each other but having been doing this for over 14 years thought we would have a change and I spotted this on line, to be truthful we weren't really too sure... If the sun is shining there is no where else to sit on a Sunday sipping champagne being entertained by a harpist or discreet pianist. You will need to open your wallet but if it's a special anniversary ...why not

first visit was for my husband's birthday but was somewhat thwarted by my being ill in the few days beforehand. Always resolved to go back so we did for our 10th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed - again. The food is just fabulous, the atmosphere is lovely and the champagne just finishes everything off nicely.

I'm not usually a fan of buffet style lunches but this is a high standard one with a diverse selection of dishes. I recommend the salads and fresh seafood. It's a great way to spend an afternoon with friends slowly grazing and soaking up the atmosphere. Free flowing champagne is a welcomed bonus!

My father was moving abroad and this was our last day together so we went for the full Champagne Brunch, £90 each, as it was a special occasion. Well the champagne was very nice but the food was so average. Service was also questionable, with plates building up and glasses not filled regularly enough. Just generally inattentive. Most of the... More

We celebrated our 20th Anniversary at the Sunday champagne Brunch and what a fantastic experience it was !. The champagne flowed from start to finish our glasses were never empty the staff were all very attentive without being over bearing. The range of food on offer was very good and beautifully presented and the quality excellent. The setting and music... More

I went to brunch while on vacation, and, even though I was suffering from a wonky tummy, the food was delicious. It's a true buffet, but an upper class, high standard one. The omelette bar is lovely, the roasts are amazing, and the selection of desserts is unparalleled. They offer fresh sushi, fresh salads, homemade soups and a nice variety... More

Traditional Sunday Buffet, with good food and good service. This is not a substitute for Sunday Dinner. No Prime Rib, no prawns, no lobster. Yorkshire pudding is the size of a small roll, and the selection is much smaller than you would expect for the price of 90 pounds per person. Live music was nice and the crowd enjoyed. The... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
