Went to Cooper's today for Christmas lunch. It was wonderful, very intimate, lovely décor, wonderful staff who made you feel so welcome. The food was amazing, I had soup, turkey with all the trimmings followed by Christmas pud and it was truly fantastic. First time here and will definitely go back.

Pre booked a table for 4 - in order to have some pre theatre food on a Tuesday night. Staff tremendous - a cut above! Friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they even kept an eye on the clock for us and managed our exit to ensure we got to the show on time - nice touch! Food outstanding.... More

I have been to this restaurant twice recently with ex-work colleagues. Whilst on the ouside it looks nothing special, the food is very good with a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts. The best thing about Coopers is the service which is friendly, efficient and with a good banter. You feel relaxed with no pressure to order and the... More

We were a little lost is London at night and looking for a place to have dinner. We stumbled upon Cooper's and were glad we did. Excellent bistro food with a short, but very well thought out wine list. You won't go wrong here.

Took my dad here for lunch. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. The food was superb and dad said the wine, recommended by the staff, was lovely. Both of us thought the food was superb and we definitely plan on returning soon.

This is a great corner restaurant on Lincons Inn Fields away from the hectic Kingway and Holborn scene. The room is relaxing, high ceiling and just plain comfortable. Service is friendly, attentive and prescient. Nice quality bottles of wines at London prices. We had no starters, just mains, an excellent Halibut from the fish market with herbs, and a Rump... Like Lexakit, I've been visiting Coopers for many years, sometimes - like today - twice in the same day. It is that good. The food and wine list are excellent, but the crucial factor is the service from Denise and her colleagues. I may be utterly biased as it's become something of a home from home, but I find that... We dined here two out of the three nights we stayed in London. We came in because of the menu, we returned because of the fabulous wine list, service and, of course, the food. The assistant manager, Corey, had superb wine recommendations for us. We loved every one of the wines, and each new wine seemed better than the last.... More

The food is good and the menu has a pretty wide choice. Pretty healthy overall, with lots of fish and seafood dishes. The dining room is well proportioned and most importantly not noisy. Service is attentive. Has a smaller restaurant feel to it.....you don't feel like just a number here. The staff seem to care a bit more than elsewhere.... More

I've been coming to Coopers for years. I am very fond of it. Upstairs is good, solid business lunch territory - downstairs is slightly more quirky though the bistro food still won't scare the horses. One can linger downstairs for a gentle afternoon/evening, losing track of time over a bottle or two of (good) wine. The food doesn't change much.... More
