Pricy but yummy

Had a lovely meal here on a Saturday night. It was quite pricey, but got to try some lovely food. They brought out all. The dishes we ordered in turn which worked really well.

I went to Ceviche with some family friends after hearing about it from my sister. The food had a exotic mix of flavours. However, the dessert was a bit disappointing, considering the price. The dishes were small and were supposed to be shared, but that was the culture of the food. Overall, I had a good experience, improved by some... More

Visited ceviche on a Sunday lunch time with friends, we arrived earlier than expected but luckily they were able to seat us straightaway. We had chicha to drink, which is made from a type of purple corn and it was really good, too much lemon juice but my husband seemed to have enjoyed it. I am Peruvian, so to me... More

Perfectly friendly welcome, gluten free discussion well informed, quite ok cocktail with marmalade flavours but not show stopping which at £8 it perhaps should be. had beetroot salad on potato cake. It does say 'cool'on menu, which I accept but it meant it was pretty vile.stone cold potato. Would be very nice if warm. Main was octopus and chorizo skewers.... More

Very nice experience. Had 5 dishes to share that all were very good. Drunken scallops very delicate and nicely balanced. The sea bass in a spicy milk very tasty. The highlight for me were the chorizo/ pulpo sticks. Super tasty and great presentation. Cocktails also very good. Overall good food!

I wanted to go somewhere original and from the reviews it is certainly described as such. We got to the restaurant early, and they did find us a place. The place is noisy and cramped. Suits some people and not others. Most of Soho on a Saturday night is like this, so it to be expected. I did have the... More

To be honest, I have never had Peruvian food before. And, call me inexperienced if you want, but until I visited Ceviche, I had never eaten at the bar before either. So I was a little bewildered when I started out here. But Vittoria (?) soon put us at rest with his cheerful banter, and I relaxed into the atmosphere.... More

It's a great place for a date or meeting up with a friend for one or two pisco cocktails (the Soho is excellent) and a couple small places (Don Ceviche and Polpo Chorizo are my favourite, but the Corazon Mio is also delish), but if you want a proper night out and full meal, be prepared to pay for it.... Peruvian food and drinks. The tapas style food allows you to taste lots of flavours and when accompanied by the Pisco Sour drinks it was a meal to relish. Busy place, make a reservation if possible, service is excellent.

A vibrant and friendly atmosphere with dishes to suit every pallet. We opted for some hot dishes since we like a bit of heat but be warned they need a health warning as they can blow your mouth off! Waitress was very attentive and our glasses never emptied. A wonderful way to begin an evening in Soho.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
