Very good ice cream, i couldn't find any differences with snowflakes and scoop !! That means quality of products are increased.

I expected more traditional Italian etiquette then was received. Will be drawn back purely for the flavours and nothing else! -... More

We found ourselves back in Westfield at the end of a long day in the West End and gasping for something refreshing. Being an ice cream loving family we often resort to a scoop or two to refresh flagging spirits. Za zaza did not disappoint. Great ice cream execution of some familiar favourites.

I've eaten a lot of gelato in London. Gelupo, Snowflake, that place on Old Compton Street I can't remember the name of - they're all good. This place is as good as the others. My favourites are the Cherry Cream and Hazelnut spread (basically Nutella) but I always try their new flavours (Lychee was nice last time) and the staff... More

I have had gelato ice creams world over but what was served here has to be the most disappointing. Serious advise - avoid!!!, research the net for other poor reviews - sandrodcs's review is very very accurate, wish I had read these earlier !!!

After reading all the raving reviews here me and my girlfriend (both consummate gelato lovers) decided to give them a go. It's true that our expectations are on the high end - having lived two blocks away from Gelateria della Musica in Milan (by far the best gelato on earth) for 6 months kind of spoiled out taste buds -... Love the ice cream, the pastries, the coffee and the amazing friendly ladies that work there. Highly recommended. Small yet cozy place, relaxed seating at the busy portabello road

If there is only one thing you do in Canary Wharf, consider picking up a few scoops of ice-cream from Zaza. True to its italian roots, the variety of flavours and the taste will you leave wanting more for sure.
