Nutella milkshake!!!

I come here quite often. Absolutely love the lamb burger with skinny fries. There onion rings are worth a try too. This time they had a Nutella milkshake which I loved. One of the best milk shakes I've had in a while. The waitors / resses are great. They are very attentive to my little one... read more

I arrived and managed to get a table on my own, but then had to queue to order my food, whilst keeping an eye on my table so that it did not get taken. After several minutes, stood there with four more people in front of me I gave up and walked out. Just before that an oriental gentleman sat... More

Asked for medium well burger and was really pink in the middle. Could not be bothered to change it as I can live with it however someone else could have been really put off by this. Service was ok at best. Too many better burger bars around.

Went to GBK at Waterloo for a late meal and I had heard good things about the place. I was a little surprised that they had Gourmet in the name but operated like Nandos in terms of ordering and service. But and this is a big but the burgers were great and I mean great. I would have marked higher... More

Having dined here on a few occasions I can advised that though the food is good I am not impressed by the amount they charge for just a burger. The sides should be thrown in free of charge after all they are charging near to makes no difference £10 for a burger.

I've been here twice in a short space of time. It's a nice little restaurant on Baker Street that can easily be missed. Service both times was great. You have to place your order at the tills which isn't a problem for me. The burgers are outstanding. I always go for the Persian lamb. The homemade onion rings are the... More

The skinny chips are delcious as are the burgers. Really liked the pick and choose way the menu was organised so you could have lots of choices. Bit on the pricey side but worth it.

I visited this branch of GBK a few months ago and had a terrible experience. Despite the fact that it was lunchtime the restaurant was quiet with only a small number of tables occupied. I ordered Halloumi Bites from the 'while you wait' part of the menu. Having asked several times for the Halloumi Bites, and being reassured by the... More

Now I don't expect the personal touch when eating in a chain restaurant in London, but I found the staff very helpful & friendly. After my disappointment with 5 Guys, I was reluctant to try another burger. The absolute truth was that it was the nicest burger that I've ever had. The veggie burger was good, as were the skinny... Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
