Food was the worst ever experienced at a Wetherspoons, half the menu not available. What was available arrived cold and inedible, staff were clueless. I believe its now shut down, which is a blessing. But if it is open do avoid unless its just for drinks.

it was quite pricey and the service was not entirely friendly. It could have done with more staff as tables were not cleared promptly

I usually meet my friend here as it is halfway for both of us on a weekday so it is quiet and we sit near the end on the sofa so it is comfortable. I am happy with my vegetarian option of spicy chilli beans with rice which they substitute for chips if you let them know when you order... More

Hitherto, I have been a great fan of J D Wetherspoon, but my experience of lunch at this branch today has certainly made me question whether I will continue to patronise them. My family and I went for lunch today and, frankly, I feel not simply disappointed but positively cheated. Of course I realise that photographs which appear in publicity... More

When will there be a pleasant quiet restaurant in the o2 centre? We hated the noise and procedure to get food. Not a restaurant -it is a food conveyor belt - ugh!

Stopped going to the Weatherspoons after most recent visit. Odd layout, sloppy service, waiting times seriously long. Used to come here years ago and enjoyed those times. No longer the case, walk down to Swiss Cottage...better choice of watering holes...

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which is opposite the O2 Centre. We arrived late so decided to go to Weatherspoons for convenience. I am not a fan of Weatherspoons but have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Being a Friday night the place was very busy and, for us oldies, we found the noise level to be high... More

The place looked inviting so we decided to give it a try but the end result was rather disappointing. The steak was really average and partly burned but the pie was just decent and so was the burger. Good selection of drinks and definitely inexpensive especially on theme nights but you get what you pay for.

Very smart Wetherspoons, with reasonable prices, which is very welcoming compared to some of the 'silly' prices at other establishments.
