Unpretentious place, delicious food

"Little Georgia" came recommended by a Georgian acquaintance, and then, via a Google+, by a respected former colleague, so the expectations were high. (And the now-closed Kolchis restaurant in Notting Hill provided the benchmark). The neighborhood and the place turned out to be less fancy than expected - "Little Georgia" is an IKEA-furnished converted pub located next to several council... More

Went with friends that already knew the restaurant and the expectation was high. And Little Georgia delivered with style. Great food, good georgian whine (surprised? Me too ) and at a fair price which in London it's almost a miracle. Next time in London I'll be back.

Great food, great service and wonderful staff! We were in London for long WE and we're looking for seething new and interesting: we found it (tx to the suggestion of a friend)! Lovely evening, so lovely that we thought on the land. Slow food London ;-)

Little Georgia is one of my favourite restaurant in London. Located in one of the secondary roads of Angel, it's easy to find but it's also far from the chaos and the noise of the main roads. It's cosy, peaceful, authentic, genuine - It's so far from all the pretentious London "trendy" places! Amazing food, very interesting and unique flavours,... More

A wonderful experience. The décor is a mix of industrial and rustic furniture, with classic Georgian family portraits and pop-art posters. An odd mix, but it works very well. We were received with a big smile and sat down immediately. We had some refreshing water, with mint and cucumber in it, which was interesting and added a bit of excitement... More

Such a cute, charming, and unique place. Georgian food! Wow, I am definitely not familiar with this type of cuisine, but I will say my first experience with it was great. Would definitely try it again elsewhere, but also come back here. Ambiance is nice, retro, rustic, but clean and comfortable at the same time. This place definitely has character.... More

This place is more elegant and has nicer decor than some of the other Georgian restaurants in London. The food is very good though a bit more expensive than some other nearby places. It's a nice place to go with a group or on a date. Staff is friendly and helpful explaining the menu

Having tried Georgian food many times I was much looking forward to this touted joint which seemed difficult to get into on Friday and Saturday nights without a reservation. The food is good here, though nothing too memorable. The khachapuri was decent enough but better can be eaten elsewhere. The chicken in walnut sauce was boney and incredibly annoying to... More

We are sorry you had a negative view of Little Georgia. Regarding the size of the portions, they are actually rather large. Most people are unable to finish everything they have ordered because they are so full. Perhaps you are referring to the salad portions of the meze plates, which are starter portions. You are the only person to have... More

I ate here on a Saturday evening with a friend. They had lost our reservation, so we were given the table next to the door, which was rather draughty and wasn't helped by the fact that the radiator next to our table wasn't working. We both found the main courses to be rather disappointing, although the starters were a little... More

Very nice place near King's cross. I had never tried Georgian food before but I felt in love with it, it was amazing. The atmosphere is very good, with typical music and a cozy environment. Waiters were very kind. Not very cheap but worth it.
