The grilled kabobs were wonderful. We had a full platter which serves 2-3, but there was enough for 3-4 at least. It was fun to see the mound of food served on a large platter to our table. The baklava was quite good as well. The staff was very friendly. A nice dining experience and very reasonably priced for London.

Had a wedding reception at this restaurant on 21/07/14. The food, service and value for money was excellent !, and if that wasn't enough, there were wonderful and special little touches added to make our experience unforgettable . I will tell everyone I know.....to just give them a try. Do I sound pleased...if so, then that is simply because I... More

I am writing this a few months after my visit in April as I am new to Tripadvisor. This is an extremely busy and bustling restaurant with an excellent menu. The food is tasty and you get very good portions. The ambience is excellent and one gets the impression of being in a very popular place with the clientele being... More

I would eat there every night of the week given half the chance. Gorgeous fresh food that tastes out of this world, great atmosphere, friendly service and good prices. It gets extremely busy on a weekend so my tip is to book in advance on those nights.

there are many Turkish restaurants on Green Lanes. We had a wide variety of dishes and all were very good. The vegetarians amongst were also very satisfied. With all the salad, beer and excellent bread we had a large meal for £11 per head - can't be bad!. Only minor drawback is that it is very noisy.

Friendly staff, delicious food, great atmosphere. We love this place. Just shows that you don't need 5 shop fronts to be the best. Gokyuzu wins every time.

I have now tried to use this restaurant's takeaway service twice and have been left waiting for at least half an hour both times. On the latter occasion, I phoned in to place my order (hoping this would improve things) and was told to come and collect after 15 minutes. Some 40 minutes later, after several enquiries and assurances that... More

As a big fan of Turkish food, I felt I had to give this place a try. Although tempted by the lamb shish, I ended up opting for the lamb beyti which I must say was exceptional. A great balance of flavours. The free bread and salad is also a nice touch. The only downside I would say is the... More
