What a wonderful restaurant. In the heart of Green Lanes surrounding by Turkish shops, it's a little like being transported back to Turkey! Shame the weather wasn't as warm and inviting! Gokyuzu is run by wonderfully friendly staff, catering to your every whim. You start the meal with complimentary bread and a yogurt/cucumber dip, followed by the most tastiest of... More

Went with my hungry 11 year old son Totally over ordered as hadn't expected large freebies of tzatziki and salad but everything we tried was fresh and delicious and the bill was very reasonable

Okay where do I begin to explain this amazing experience I have had in Gökyüzü Restaurant? First, I should warn you that if you want to eat there on a friday night, you must make a reservation at the place a day before the actual date. Manor Station is the closest tube station to the restaurant, however keep in mind... More

I visited with friends and, keeping things simple, ordered a meze and meat platter to share. I could not fault the food. As simple as that. Exceptional value for... More

Grilled meat absolutely superb. Waiter Sayeed was so gracious and kind. And his short manager was also very accommodating. Very good service.
