A Parisian luncj

We visited here for my birthday lunch recently after wanting to try it out for ages. It was as charming and delightful as I'd hoped. Friendly and helpful staff and delicious food & champagne. We'll certainly return!

Champagne and cheese are two of my favourite things so I was very excited to finally be going here! Champagne starts at around 54 pounds for a bottle, and we asked the server what champagne they felt would compliment our dishes best. They recommended the award-winning Champagne Michel Furdyna Carte Blanche, which was very nice and light. The food, however,... More

Excellent service, Cheese selection very good, Champagne was perhaps a bit on the pricey side but I suppose you should expect that with London prices. Atmosphere was very good, well worth a visit. We had the Afternoon tea but then ordered more bread and cheese, not as there wasn't enough because there was, just wanted more as it was so... More

Our daughter booked this as an anniversary treat. Very warm welcome from the staff into a delicatessen/restaurant. It's quiet small but certainly doesn't disappoint. The staff do assist you with the menu, explaining/recommending dishes. We opted for a cheese/bread board which consisted a variety of cheeses/breads and an onion Comte the lady named all the cheeses/flavour whilst serving it to... More

Visited last week. The place is very nice, it's small but cosy. Ordered a cheese board and a meat board and was not disappointed. Both were fantastic Im not a big champagne fan bit a glass of the house was still nice. Service was a little slow. Would still recommended and will go again as it's reasonably priced.

The kind of place you would have an illicit liaison. Very atmospheric and friendly. The 4 of us managed to get through 3 bottles of champagne and shared platters of meat and cheese. I also managed to have an excellent ouef en cocotte which was just right. I would return. It is not cheap, but rather special.

Great place to drink champagne with a cheese platter. Very basic with French staff but a great ambience and well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our stop here for a couple of glasses of champagne and some cheese. The waitress paired three delightful cheese for us with the two different glasses of champagne by the glass which we ordered. For London it wasn't astronomically expensive (£12 for a glass of champagne and 8.50 for a cheese board) but having just been in epernay... More

Lovely place. I did not have anything to eat, just a glass of wine late afternoon. Lovely, friendly, a plus if you understand some French.

We wanted somewhere for a light lunch before a theatre matinee, as we were booked for dinner later. It was our wedding anniversary and we adore champagne, cheese and all things French, so thought this would tick all the boxes - it did. We booked online that morning, having read it was advisable to do so. As it happens we... More
