Local Gem - Perfect for Cozy Dinner in Winter or Beer Garden in Summer

Always enjoy a nice meal at the Windsor, typical pub food, but very cozy vibe inside for the Winter, and excellent beer garden for the summer months. Burgers are just average.

Booked a table for seven on a blusterly Sunday afternoon. Nice welcome from the bar staff on arrival. Table quickly made available while we made our selection from a good choice of beers. Service throughout was good and attentive. Food was very good. The only small criticism was that the two people who chose the roast beef found it tasty... More

The Windsor Castle is a lovely old English pub with a great old fashioned interior and fabulous garden. It is rare to find such a nice pub in this part of West London with such a large garden. Having been here many times, we went last Saturday evening and the service was appalling. It took 20 minutes before anyone even... More

Hi Andrew, Im terribly sorry to hear about your experience at the pub on your visit. We strive to make sure that all out guests have a great time when they visit us and I can only apologise that your experience was so poor. Windsor Castle, the biggest used today for a real queen and king. You must travel outside of city but it worth ! Nice place, views, the collections of arms, rooms of the castle, the changing guard that also takes place here, the views from the Palace, and more than that ! Recommended !

Windsor Castle is a beautiful castle with beautiful grounds. You can start off the visit in the Queen's personal church (!), which has all kinds of interesting history to it. As you go through the castle and the rooms, you get some interesting stories through the audio-guide. Highly recommended for history lovers.

Traveled fairly far to get here and happy I did! The castle is gorgeous and has a good tour but really I fell in love with the town Windsor itself. It's adorable and good for eating and shopping

We really enjoyed our meal here at this interesting pub. The beer garden to the rear is a great addition to the place. I was also surprised by the large tent in the garden too! The sea bass I had was very high quality in one of the nicest fish sauces I’ve ever had. We hope to return to eat... More

I've been to the Windsor Castle many times though this review is based on a visit on December 27th. I had friends in town and had booked a table for eight a month before since I wanted to make sure our visiting friends would have a good pub experience. We arrived spot on time and sat in the pub area... More

Last Friday 10 of us went for a Christmas meal and I was blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff, (Jessie in particular) was even though the pub was extremely busy. We enjoyed a 3 course meal and I had a delicious vegetarian main. I was expecting it be dry like vegetarian Christmas options often are but it... More
