Great Peruvian experience with attention to Gluten Free requirements

I chose this restaurant because my best friend was visiting me and we like to eat ethnic food. She has celiac disease therefore I looked for a restaurant that offered a nice choice of Gluten Free dishes as we love to share food. I cannot comment on other people's reviews of the food at this restaurant. All I can say is that my experience differs from theirs. This is the first time I have been to this restaurant and it will not be the last. The service was excellent, with extremely courteous and smiling staff. We chose the buffet and the quality of... I love Peruvian food and have visited most of the current Peruvian restaurants in London. I found his one below par so would not recommend. A lot of the food was deep fried and all tasted similar.

We were having a short family break in London over half-term and were looking to try a Peruvian restaurant. This place didn't disappoint. There was a large (and progressively loud) group already in the restaurant and the staff apologised for any delay. I tried a Peruvian beer and my wife had a pisco sour. The children had an Inca Kola... More

I came again to this restaurant a few nights ago with my family visiting London, as the first time months ago I was satisfied after having dinner with a friend. The welcoming face of Eddy was the same first good sign than last time. I think he even recognized me. Nice, hospitable decoration, kind busy staff. We spent almost 2... More

I visited the restaurant last week with my whole family, I heard great comments about this place and had good expectations, I wasn't dissapointed, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant was very vibrant, the food was of great quality I must say definitely one of the best Peruvian restaurants in London, I come from Peru and we are fussy eaters,... I booked a table for St Valentine's with my girlfriend at Tierra. Upon arrival, we were offered the St Valentine's special menu, which consisted of a 7 course meal to share at the steep price of 35 pounds per person (including 2 piscos and dessert). Well, I can honestly say that I have never been so happy after paying such... More

Had dinner here tonight as a couple and was recommended by the friendly waiter to order their seven dish platter given we have never tried Peruvian food before. We were reassured that we would be full after the seven dishes. We ordered the Inca platter. Yes, the food tasted good especially the seafood arroz and the lamb stew, but the... More

We went because some of our friends recommended it, but the illusion became to only acceptable. Very expensive in relation quality-cost, Small plates and the quality of food only acceptable. The chiken was salty, the pork was hard to taste, the dish "causa" wasn't good, the beef core wasn't good as well and the "ceviche" only acceptable. On the another... More

Went on Valentine's night with my partner. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. They offered a Valentine's special platter which included pork, chicken, beef and offal dishes with a serviche in the centre, a pisco based cocktail of your choice and a Valentine's dessert. We enjoyed the food very much but rather had the feeling that we could of eaten a wee... More
