Great Ethiopian Food to share

Between two of us we ate Awaze Tibs - a spicy lamb and onion stew and Yesome Beyaynetu , 4 different vegetable dishes. They were served on a platter of injera bread with more injera bread on the side. The idea is to share the food. You use the injera bread to scoop up bite size portions of food... read more

First time and not the last ! We've already tried the ethiopian food but that one was excellent, the waitress was really helpful and welcoming. Cheap as well, and excellent coffee, ask for the home made cake for dessert !

Far and away my favourite place to eat in London, great food and service every time. In a city with every cuisine in the world this place stands out as authentic and true to its roots. went there today on the recommendation of our eritrean neighbour, and it was fantastic. friendly service, authentic delicious food (wasn't too spicy), simple decour in the style of a cafe rather than a restaurant, and great value (£34 for three people, including large bottle of sparkling water and two coffees). will definitely go back. they also do takeaway.
