If I could score this thing lower I would, thing because it cant be classed as a restaurant. I can only echo the previous comments, its located very close to the exit of the aldwych theatre and in the dark appears cosy, thats where it ends. We had a disgusting pizza the size of your hand obviously pre bought, an... More

I wish we'd read these reviews first. Having just come out a matinee at the Theatre Royal opposite, we were in a hurry to eat an early diner before our train home. I chose tuna steak and chips and my daughter chose chicken polpetto (I think that's what they called it - basically meatballs with mash potato round them). My... More

Not only was the food obviously store bought and disgusting, but they found every possible excuse to scan us out of money. They advertised a 'minimum £10 food charge' but didn't include the extorsionate drinks! They then charged a 12.5% service charge even though the service was appauling. They were rude and sleazy and when we argued against the ridiculous... More

We popped into here for an 'express' pre theatre meal before seeing the Woman in Black at the Fortune Theatre. The food looked reasonable value on the menu outside but we should have realised something wasn't right as the place was empty. Unfortunately hadn't seen the reviews but have to agree with them whole heartly as this was one of... More

Quite simply the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I was charged £12.50 for cod and chips and it is the first time I have ever, on being asked how we were enjoying our meal, stated that I expected a lot better if I am being asked to pay that amount for a meal. Both my son and sister-in-law... More

Fortunately, we hadn't read these scathing reviews before having a late night dinner here. Decent spaghetti and penne pasta for the spouse. Nice warm chicken on a fresh salad for me. Thought it was decent and the service was good.

Well, in this restaurant they manage to screw up even the most simple of all pizza's. What more can I say? West End area, so all customers want to eat before the show starts. But that should be no excuse to sell poor quality food. The airco is programmed at freezing, so you will leave ASAP to vacate your table... More

I have to say that I did not read previous reviews on this restaurant so I think we were lucky to have had a better experience than most, our lunches of one pasta meal from the specials menu and a bacon salad which looked and tasted fresh, the sweet of tiramisu was really good as was the chocolate fudge cake,... This small restaurant looks very tempting as you pass by.. Keep on walking.. There are plenty of offer restaurants around. The staff really don't want to be bothered with customers disturbing them. The food was tasteless.... and.. not at all what we expected...

Like other reviewers, we were looking for a pre-theatre meal and this was the only place without a queue. Think about that. We got the same patter about not selling anything white but Pino Grigio by the glass and ordered it, but it was undrinkable, not chilled enough and tasted as if the bottle had been opened a week. I... More
