This is the first place I've eaten in since i've moved to London and have been going back since because the food is amazing and the staff are very polite and friendly a thumbs up from me 😄
This steakhouse is situated on the famous brick lane.Upon entering there is a bench close by but due to lack of staff patrolling the area I wasn't sure whether I was to wait or find a seat. I decided to wait but after a few minutes of being ignored I decided to confront a waiter cleaning the tables who with... More
Jungle braai is delicious! I am one of their regular customers wether it's eating in or takeout, I think they are starting up which explains the small restaurant but it's comfortable in there. Absolutely love the complimentary olives for starters! Steak, chicken, rice, chips, sausages are all yummy. Each time I have been there the food is freshly cooked, sometimes... More
Had a nice lunch with my family and their lunch time deal is really good. You can also request the waiter/ chef how spicy you want your marinate to be on your meat. The outlay of the restaurant is quiet small and need updating but overall the service was good. Definitely going back in the near future.
Decided to go to this place as it apparently serves different cuisine than the rest of brick lane. Good location, as soon as you walk into brick lane. Nice enough inside, decent service. A lot of interesting things on the menu. I can remember ordering a prawn cocktail for starters which wasn't great and some burger for mains. This was... More
Food was absolutely delicious, chops were big, saucy, succulent and spicy (compared to tayyabs were they seem to be rapidly shrinking in size). Jungle salad has to be one of the tastiest chicken-salad combos anywhere and the peri chicken was excellent as well; T-bone steaks were also on point. The sauce used on the food in jungle braai is heavenly... More
this is a good place to every so often. the flavours are different and tasty, service could be a little better but asians tend to let themselves down on this point the food is all good, especially the beef sauages
If you love grilled food, this place is incredibly addictive ! Cracking deals...... steak meal with a free side and drink - eat in only £6.95, WoW and it's lovely ! Chops, Fritters or Wings are a splendid start to the meal finished off with the addictive meal deals ! Staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean !
Brick lane restaurants are generally getting worse every year. What started as a brilliant brand in Walthamstow has become a poor quality restaurant on Brick Lane. You won't get much food for your money here. It should taste okay but you might need to get something else after to fix your hunger.
The food was really bad, everything tasted the same, nothing was fresh (not even the coriander!). This place does not serve South African food or their own version which is not good! No alcoholic drink and cash only to pay! The overall atmosphere was dodgy
