Had a late lunch with a greeting that made us feel at home, and it only got better. The food was very good with the daily special being excellent. Will go back

This lovely, welcoming Italian restaurant would be hard to find by accident - we were taken there for lunch by a relative who works nearby - but the meal that ensued far exceeded my expectations. The menu, and the dishes we chose from it, were 'authentic' in their Italian character - soup, pasta and lamb cutlets were selected, and each... More

Found this superb restaurant thanks to Tripadviser. It's not far from Blackfriars station, near the junction of Fleet Street and Ludgate Hill. Bride Court is a little alleyway off of the main High Street. So no scenic view and a couple of steps up to enter the restaurant. Well worth seeking out though, as it's a very friendly Italian restaurant,... More

Booked this by email for a lunch after a Wedding Blessing at St Brides - just perfect !!! Danielle and his team were fantastic - great food, great atmosphere - just perfect in every way. Will definitely go again for a visit next time in London. A big thank you to the team for making the day so special.

It's an a little alley way off Ludgate Circus (and not open Saturdays when we attempted to visit previously). What you find is a homely atmosphere and food to match - service is very good indeed being both friendly and attentive without too much intrusion. Now the food, I'd say go for 'specials' as these seemed to be much better... More

I started a new position 9 weeks ago at a bank about 5 minutes away from this wonderful restaurant. i have already taken three separate colleagues for lunch there and they all loved the food, ambience and service. On Monday afternoon I was asked to find a suitable restaurant in the vicinity of the bank for 10 colleagues to dine... More

I have to agree with the other reviews in the 2-3 ratings. Food is very average, prices are above average for the fare and friendly service doesn't make up for it. The evening we came several items were off, so we didn't have a great deal of choice. The food wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't special and seemed a... More

Outstanding food and excellent value. Evening provides a great atmosphere and what the owner recommends never disappoints. I've told a number of friends about this place and every single person has come back saying: first class!

Be sure to ask the owner what he is excited about on the day you are there. He will make magic from what was fresh at the market that morning. We had an amazing mozzarella starter and a wonderful fresh fettuccini with a delicious cream sauce. A side of "rocket " (arugula) with fresh parmesan. The service was delightful -... More
