I never write reviews but having just eaten in this restaurant a few hour ago I felt compelled to tell people what it is like. There was someone standing outside trying to entice people in with the £12.95 2 course lunch special. I should have known to walk past at this point as any good restaurants wouldn't need to employ... We ate here in the early afternoon on a Saturday in December. The restaurant was quiet and at one point, we were the only ones dining but we had a very enjoyable experience. The food was fresh, good quality and served promptly and without fuss. The wine was lovely and our meal ended with complimentary Limoncello. We paid £60 for... More

We have used this restaurant over a number of years. We returned on 12/12/13 for lunch having per-booked a table for 2pm. Upon arrival, we were left outside in the cold even though there were empty tables. The attitude of the staff was dismissive. After asking three times, we finally were thrown a few scraps of bread to dip into... More

8 of us ate here at lunchtime and were very satisfied with the food and the service - and the value for money.

This is the worst restaurant I have had the misfortune of eating in for many years. I was part of a large group enticed by the very reasonably priced set menu. I ordered sardines to start and was served whole deep-fried battered sprats, which were inedible. When I complained I was told I would need to pay for a replacement... More

We booked a table on the phone for 4pm and the timing was very important as we had a flight to catch that night. When we showed up, the restaurant was closed. We went in, and they said we should come back in a hour when they'll reopen. We said we made a reservation and asked why do they take... More

On the spur of the moment (after living in the area for 5 years) we popped into Attilio's for lunch today. Friendly enough welcome though never a fan of being encouraged off the street directly. We ordered the 2 course lunch menu (£12.95 each). Food was fine (we both had pasta mains) but both lacked any complexity. It is an... More

The place is packed every night with tourists and locals. (thats a great sign). There really is nothing on the menu that will go wrong. All the food I ate there during my five nights next door at Rookery Hotel was incredible. Do ask for the meat sauce! Best seats are inside as you know the weather in London can... More

After a late night working, we were ravenous and looking for something to eat. I said to my partner that I was craving Italian. We have been looking for quite some time for an Italian place in the area. And we are SO glad we stumbled across this place. They will definitely see us again. It's a wonderful intimate atmosphere.... More
