My normal breakfast, Terry's cafe, is closed on Sunday so I went for a bit of a walk along to lower marsh and saw Barbarella's. A quick peek inside revealed several diners (I hate empty or near empty gaffs) so I went in. The friendly and efficient waitress was on me like a shot, bringing me a menu and when... More

On Lower Marsh Street, just around the corner from the south end of Westminster Bridge, we found a gem of a place and enjoyed breakfast here three days in a row! Modern and very clean cafe. Personally run by people who couldn't do enough for you to make your visit very pleasant. Egg dishes and omelets cooked to order were... More

Srumbled upon this place after staying nearby. Just behind Waterloo station this was a good find for the future. Friendly staff and good food means I will definitely return!

We ate at the Barbarella's restaurant twice while staying at the Tune Hotel. They give a 10% discount for breakfast if you show your room key. The food was good and plentiful. The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying at the Tune Hotel or anyone in the area.

Sitting on Lower Marsh- right behind Waterloo Stn, this wee cafe offers a fantastic range of food- especially for breakfast at a very reasonable price.

After a break at the dreadful Tune hotel we chose Barbarellas for breakfast. This cafe does what it says on the tin. You are welcomed, seated and have time to choose. The Big 'B' breakfast is a top choice. Good quality ingredients and served with a smile. Try it and you won't regret it.

Walked a little way from 4* hotel around the corner which wanted £15 a head for buffet breakfast. Found this excellent cafe. Full breakfast for me - bangers, bacon, fried egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, - scrambled eggs and salmon for my wife - all for less than £15. Free refill on beverages. Great snorkers. Friendly service with a smile.

We stayed at the nearby Tune Hotel, which didn't do breakfast and offered only a bland Costa coffee bar as a catering option. I had in mind that we would track down a 'proper cafe' to have our breakfast in, and was delighted to find this place just round the corner, about a minute's walk from the hotel. It was... More

Popped in for breakfast. Had the early breakfast. On the positive side it was hot, egg well cooked, interesting sausage. Bad siide, toast was on same plate so already soggy when I got to eat it. Bacon astonishingly salty and plate had far too much oil on it. Coffee ordered was just coffee, what I was served was a smallish... More
