What can I say guys? Every time I come to you and ask to run a tab and explain I've a meeting you've waited on me hand and foot. Coffee awesome lovely pot tea this morning. And as for your bacon club sandwiches... if only every London cafe took their notes from you...

Visited here today after hearing such good reviews from TripAdvisor. Nothing was too much of a problem for them, speedy service and its such a cosy venue!

Dropped in as we needed to visit toilets. Ended up having a great Italian late lunch with fantastic food, great service and to a good price for central London. And my girlfriend who lived in Italy many years were finally happy. Will be back!

Having seen previous trip advisor reviews, we decided to try this restaurant as we were visiting the BBC nearby. They were very friendly on the phone when I booked, and the reception we got on arrival and during service, was equally as warm and friendly. This is one of the reducing number of traditional Italian restaurants remaining with the focus... More

Looked popular with people going in and out and not as commercial as everything on regent street so decided to give it a try, and so glad we did. The food was delicious and plenty if it. Clearly a lot of care goes into making the good and it's all very well done. Wine was very very nice. Good quality... More

We went here one Sunday before going to a show at The Paladium which is just around the corner. the meal for both of us was very good, I had the salmon in oyster sauce, DELICIOUS! The service was good and the meal, for central London was fairly priced. Well worth a visit if in the area but not worth... More

I stumbled across this place a couple of years ago and have been a regular ever since. The food is fabulous. Fresh, hot, and large portion sizes! Usually too much to manage! The service is attentive yet personal and not intrusive. I have taken many friends here even the fussy ones! They all love it and we return time and... More

First appearances suggest this is a small, off the main drag, ordinary Italian bar/café. It isn't. Go in, sit down & look around and you could be in an Italian restaurant anywhere. Typical noisy atmosphere - simple menu but adequate choice. Took a while from ordering to eating but that suits us and the food was definitely worth waiting for.... More

Met up with old friends here on a Saturday lunchtime. They had booked, which was just as well (the main part of the restaurant was rammed) and I re-iterate a previous reviewer's point of requesting an upstairs table. Very buzzy place, classic italian, well cooked food, good service but not in your face, good value. Generous portion sizes. Couldn't eat... More

I have eaten at his restaurant three times now. It is absolutely fantastic. The food is varied and is made of fresh ingredients. The service is also excellent. I will be visiting Bar Remo again in the near future.

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
