I have come here twice, once to eat at the Spanish restaurant and once just to have a drink at the bar. I enjoyed my meal at the restaurant, but probably only because I wasn't the one paying on this occasion. The portions are so minuscule that we had to order plate after plate. We sharing the dishes and this... More

Nice location, very downtown. We went there on Wednesday, and it was not so crowded, and a little bit aged in terms if clients. Menù is too limited in terms of choice, and they are totally unflexible: I asked some pata negra ham (they should have it) as appetizer and they told me it was available only at the bar... More

Set just before Carnaby Street, quite hidden away you enter the reception and venture up to the 5th Floor, there is a lovely little bar (and restaurant). Admittedly I haven't eaten here, but have come for drinks quite a few times. There are two very nice balconies that are especially good in the Summer away from the bustling crowds of... More

Arrived around 1:35 and asked if we could get drinks and tapas on the roof terrace. Having been assured that we could, we duly sat waiting for waiter to arrive with menus. Didn't happen. Went and found waiter and menus and tried to order champagne and food only to be told that there was no food service on the terrace.... More

We walked in on a sunny Monday afternoon and ask if we could have drinks and snacks on the terrace. We were directed to the Spanish side. We then waited and waited to be served and had to go in to get a menu. We then waited and waited. We went in again and was told there was no food... More

The bar staff are rude, they do not watch to see whose turn it is to get served and make you wait for ages. They are mostly young men and totally unprofessional as they always give priority to girls they find pretty.

Arrived at 1pm to be told they would shut the restaurant at 2pm due to a private party - no mention of this on the phone. Other customers unhappy and yelling! Tried to sit me at a shelf rather than a table. Portions are sparrow sized - two of us ordered 14 dishes between us and left starving. Great image... More

A drink on the terrace can be recommended, enviroment & fantastic and the staff at the bar is nice, but there remains the pleasant experience. The food is edible but no experience beyond the ordinary. The staff is rude and poor service. I would never recomend this restaurang to a friend.

I work in events and I attended Aqua Nueva for a showcasing. The venue itself is extremely convenient, just next to Oxford Circus station. As you enter the building, its very dark and swish. Upon entering Nueva, the atmosphere becomes very light and fun. The two separate terraces are incredible - perfect for a London rooftop terrace atmosphere. The cocktails... More

At Nueva the service is always perfect! From the door downstairs till the way up to the bar. There is always a warm welcome. The Spanish food is amazing. They do small snacks which you can eat at the bar but as well a very good tasting menu. You can have cocktails/wine inside, but I recommend to have drinks outside... More
