Lovely brasserie food, attentive staff and good value for money.

As a family of four, with aching limbs, we couldn't make up our minds where to eat we chose Cote for our evening meal. We were not disappointed, the staff were very attentive, our food was prompt and tasty. We have eaten in the York branch a few times and are happy that the quality is consistent.

Finding a good, simple pre-theater meal in London can be difficult if you aren't into pub food. This restaurant, however, offers what amounts to traditional Parisian brasserie fare that is pretty good and, for the area, reasonable. Stick to the brasserie standards. But beware: your final bill, unless you are careful, can work up to several times the price of... More

Never been to a Cote before and had low expectations as it's a chain. Very pleasantly surprised....food was fantastic and great value and staff welcoming and very friendly. As with most restaurants in this area of London you are more likely to get straight to a table if you go after the start time of the theatres.

Visited prior to going to The Duke of York theatre opposite. Top Tip is if you use these restaurants before going to the theatre tell them and show your tickets and you get a free Kir Royal. Now that is worth having. The food is very good value if you eat off the set menu of the day. Service is... More

Found this restaurant v close to Covent Garden and theatre land. Great service from mostly French waiters. Good food and great ambience. Well worth a visit. Chicken recommended wine reasonably priced. Would go again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience whilst having lunch at this great place on a busy Saturday. We sat outside sipping champagne and food was not long away. The service was outstanding and we will definitely visit again.

Always delivers at a high level of excellence and with a simple menu covering most tastes in french brasserie food and at fairly reasonable prices. the chicken liver pate and the HACHIS PARMENTIER (TRADITIONAL FRENCH ‘COTTAGE PIE’) are strong recommendations but whatever you try is great.

Before attending the Sweeney Todd performance at the Coliseum recently, we decided to have our main meal of the day before the show. Having previously dined at Côte restaurants, and having really enjoyed the meals we decided on Côte in St. Martin’s Lane which was close by. We were very fortunate to acquire a table for two just before five... More

Another very good meal at the Cote Brasserie chain. We went at the height of lunch time - the restaurant was therefore very busy and quite noisy, but once we were sat down did not seem to notice this so much. The service as always excellent and cheerful. The food a good standard. A good spot for lunch after a... More
