I loved this place! The entrance to the St Pancras hotel was glorious. The service and food at the restaurant were on top form. The location is incredibly convenient for all corners of London. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

We booked in for a late lunch after a gourmet food and culture weekend. Our intention had been to have one small course and no wine. But when you go in, via the café from the upper concourse of the station, you are seduced by the utterly gorgeous refurbishment that the place has undergone. Past the sweeping hotel staircase your... Lovely part of the St Pancras Renaissance renovation - great room. imaginative English/Continental up-to-date cooking. Good staff (altho coffee took too long).

I dined at The GS Restaurant for lunch on Friday 20th February, the restaurant was not busy, very many tables that stayed empty the whole time we were there and frankly I can see why! To start with I ordered Crispy Pig's Head with Laverbread Mayonnaise, Cockles and Sea Vegetables. This dish was served to me just about only warm... More

Went with some business partners for diner and had few drinks in the bar prior. When arrived in the restaurant it looked slightly old fashion, the food was average but the service fantastic. I wouldn't go back for the atmosphere or the food but would go back for the service.

You walk into a very impressive dimly lit & atmospheric bar (sadly, the highlight of the evening) and are then presented with a drink's menu, half of which contains some unusual cocktails, our first hint at the price of liquor!! Then into the restaurant, nothing like as impressive as the website photos suggested. Nice food menu, prices looked very good,... More

We had a lunch time meal here for a friend's 50th birthday, and is the second time we've dined at this restaurant. The Gilbert Scott is a large dining hall in one wing of the renovated St. Pancras building and part of the hotel there - all in all the setting is very atmospheric in this lovely rejuvenated railway building.... Booked the 5 course Valentines lunch. Overall the food was great but the entire experience was spoiled by the slow service. We arrived at 1:30 and by 3pm we'd only been served the first 2 courses - given that this was a fixed menu I fail to understand why it took so long and the staff seemed to be completely... More
