Lovely views, good service and food

We called here for lunch on a wet Wednesday. Despite several items on the menu being unavailable we had no trouble making a choice and had burger with chips and the pasta meal. The views are stunning looking over the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and it is a shame it was not a better day to... read more

Went on a bank holiday Monday afternoon and could get a table straight away. Not too busy so could easily talk, service was quick & drinks and food were nice. Had cocktails. Not sure of the person's name but think it may be the manager of the bar as he was wearing a suit - he gave a great service... More

I came here with my mum on my last night of my 3 day stay in London and was blown away. The views are spectacular and the drinks are incredible. The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxed and you feel completely comfortable. I came here in the late evening and it was very busy so if you want a seat outside... More

great views, design, let down by not enough servers, waiting 30 mins for a cocktail kinda ruins the experience a little.

Good service - the staff are attentive (that said there is a service charge) Good cocktails - an extensive list to choose from A hidden gem - whenever I go here its never packed which is a bonus Bit pricey - think some of the drinks menus are a little costly overall totally worth it

The bar is on the top floor of the Hilton Doubletree Hotel. The views are spectacular including The Tower of London, Tower Bridge, The Shard and the Pineapple which are all close by.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
