been going here for years.. a little gem of a secret in Soho. favourite order is beef salad to start.. amazingly tasteful, followed by vegeterian bun. which is cool vermicelli noodles with veg and small warm spring rolls, served with delicious sauce to pour over.. a truly fabulous meal before the theatre etc..

Great little place! Doesn't take bookings, but always a mini que of people waiting to be seated. The menu is simple & the staff are quick to take orders. BYO makes this place cheap as chips!

I have been here twice before a couple of years back, remembering the food was actually decent and the owner Vietnamese; unlike the one in Chinatown, opposite Wong Kei. Since then there have been a few more Vietnamese restaurants opening in the West End…mostly bad – I thought Viet should be revisited. The place is small and unpretentious (unlike Cay... More

If you like pho, this is definately the place to go. Polite owner and tradidional vietnamese food, you couldn't wish for anything more.

I go there quite often for lunch with my colleagues. The place is quite small but we're always able to find a sit. My usual here is the veggie Pho. It is delicious! As the chef says, instead of seasoning it with soy sauce, sprinkle some fish sauce so it doesn't spoil the delicious broth! Oh! The prawns summer rolls... More

Very disappointing visit. I don't know if we just picked a bad time or the chef was in a bad mood, but my girlfriends rice was way undercooked and dry (waitress admitted the rice wasn't good), toppings sparse and the thai red curry quite possibly the worst we ever had; no coconut milk, tasted and looked like hospital food. The... More

If you are looking for well priced, fresh, delicious Vietnamese food I can't recommend the Viet Pho Noodle Bar enough. The Special Pho and vegetable spring rolls are yummy and they do this minced meat starter wrapped in leaves (I can't remember the name but always order it). The place is much better and more authentic than Wagamama and similar... More

Been here a few times before. This time though I noticed to prices have gone up and the food lacks some ingredients. The salad in my summer rolls was not at all fresh and the pho didn't taste that great. A shame it's gone down hill.

Interesting menu that won't break the bank. Starters all very fresh and flavoursome - had the rice rolls with galangal pork. Main course of pho soup noodles very good. Restaurant is small but a good buzz. Service is adequate and price under £15 for two courses and soft drink. Will go back.

This restaurant has now become "VietPho" although not sure if it's still the same owners, it appears to be run by chinese people and the main menu is about 2/5ths Thai dishes. The address is still the same and the exterior has been updated to reflect the new name. Nevertheless the quality is still good, the portions are substantial and... More
