Delivery never came. No call despite them having our mobile. 2 hours of our time wasted. Rudest (most unintelligent) woman answering the telephone, claiming to be a manager, who can't be bothered to investigate why their delivery man never made it to our door. No compensation offered and redelivery refused. All in all it couldn't get much worse from these... More

Their website advertises a discount for delivery to new customers...'perfect' thought, we've never ordered from there before. But - they wouldn't give us the discount because our address had been used before. As we're renting a flat, that's not that crazy of a concept - that the renters before us had ordered from Bianco at some point. But the woman... More

Some of the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy. Pasta and steak - both excellent. Servers - Italian - but not the Italians from Italy. Very cool service; hence the 4* and not 5.

This time I would not spend any further time and words to say that the ambiance was somewhat nice and warm. The pizza was and still is absolutely nasty, they have completely lost sight of their roots, a neapolitan wood fired pizza has not to be this burnt to be considered legit, their pizza has so much charcoal dust that... In a venue which has had a few different restaurants which have never really worked, this seems like a really nice place. Food is generally good and the pizza is excellent, also the entirely Italian staff are friendly if not always that efficient. Really like this place.

Don't be misled by my "average" rating for Bianco 43. There's a delicious intimacy about the restaurant with its proximity to Greenwich's busy High Street, which makes the restaurant a popular destination for me and my partner. We've visited many times over the past three years, discovered the joys of spinach there and dropped in for an unplanned bite on... More

4 of us went for a dinner. Ordered 4 starters, two pizzas and two pasta dishes. Starters are totally overpriced - caprese for £8.50?!?!?!?! Portion are quite small. Moreover somehow they forgot to order my pizza. One good thing is that the during awaiting on my pizza I got some bread with olive and they also haven't added pizza to... More

Visited for my wife's and my wife's daughter's wife's mother's birthday! Had a table for five upstairs and have to say that the staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. To keep this short and sweet, we had a good time in a cosy little restaurant. Only criticism that I have was the fact that they put a... More

Visited for lunch and was initially impressed by the ambience of the restaurant. The rustic style of the furniture and the menu which is presented as a newspaper add to the overall feel of the place. Pizza was excellent – just like those enjoyed in Italy. The home style seafood pizza was very nice but the portion was small. Nastro... More

Friday night, booked in advance, restaurant full as expected. Staff competent - friendlier downstairs than up! Tables VERY cramped upstairs - hard not to keep bumping chairs with your neighbours but this does create a good "busy" atmosphere. Pizzas and starters good but nothing special. They'd run out of house red and suggested a £25 bottle as a replacement! I... More
