Good service and warm welcome, Carlo gave to us two good pizzas and nice wine. Overall, great location "Italian style the middle of Greenwich".

I don't enjoy complaining when eating out but this was honestly the worst plate of food I've ever been given in a restaurant. Seafood spaghetti. All the seafood was chewy & overcooked and the pasta was under cooked. I like al dente but this was just uncooked. Lacked any flavour. The worst thing, however, was the large prawn still had... My niece and i visited on Saturday 30th January 2016. We were shocked and deeply upset to be greeted with such open hostility, indeed all that needed to be said if our custom was unwelcome was "we do not have a table free, so sorry madam". We did not have a booking, the time was circa 5.00pm, we entered and... More

Tiny restaurant with two floors and tables packed tightly together. Book to be sure, as it's very popular. Service is excellent. Waiting time not bad, and food first rate. Pizzas are perfect, and you can share if you wish. Wine not too expensive but watch for the 12.5% service charge, so common in London.

I went with a German friend with a passion for pizza and the food was very good and the waitress was so nice! Real italian place, if you are in Cutty Sark or Greenwich are you cannot miss it.

Visited on a night. Everything was ok but the price for 2 people was too high I felt. Felt like I was paying a postcode charge. I shared a toast with tomato sauce on it and had lasagne as a main. It is fine but not great. The wine , I had one of the more expensive one's ( I... More

Visited after a recommendation. Definitely worth it. Busy, informal, friendly with one of the best pizzas I've had. Reasonable prices. Couldn't find fault in this lovely Italian eatery so it had to be a 5!

My friends and I were looking for some place nice for a meal. We ended up choosing this charming restaurant in our way to the observatory. The place is cozy, the staff is friendly and the service is great. Price is reasonable and I have one of the best pasta in my life. Please try the macheroni with gorgonzola e... More

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
