I've visited here quite a few times now with my partner and have never left disappointed. Firstly the atmosphere is great! The restaurant can get quite busy, along with the romantic music, the setting is perfect for any occasion. Secondly, the staff.. from management to the waitresses, everybody is so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much for them! Now... More

My son and I went midweek for an unexpected treat. The food was delicious. The helpful waitress advised us on what to choose to eat. She listened to our questions and her suggestions were spot on. The food was tender, tasty and succulent. The wine list is extensive and again we were well advised by the waitress. All in all we... More

The staff at our hotel (Holiday Inn) recommended this local English restaurant to us which we reached easily by taxi. Partook of their Wellington beef, chateaubriand and some other dishes, all of which ranged from very good to beyond excellent. The Wellington in particular was very well made. Of note is the exceptional wine list which has a vast choice... More

Avoid. Some of the lights hanging out of the ceiling, peeling paint, broken toilet. Food seriously over priced and really not that great (not horrible but really nothing special). Based in Chelsea it's a little fur coat, no knickers. Rip off even with Groupon. Extensive wine list though. We were only ones in there and I can see why. All... More

We found this through trip advisor and my daughter booked it. We were four in party on a sat nights at 8.15. There were two other couples who left before we finished. The staff were excellent and looked after us very well. The food was good but nothing exceptional and the price a bit steep £165 for three adults and... More

I'm not a big user of TripAdvisor, but had such a lovely evening I felt I just had to share! We popped in the other weekend for dinner, and had one of the best meals I've ever eaten! I had the Rack of Lamb and my boyfriend had the Beef Wellington, both were delicious and cooked to perfection. Service was... More

We needed a restaurant within walking distance of where our son was staying and after reading reviews gave this one a try. The place was quite empty (early on a Tuesday evening) but they made us welcome and did not rush us and pretty soon others came in. The menu is varied enough to suit everybody but two of us... More

Our meal was what you might describe as a crisis purchase. We needed food late at night after a post operation visit across the road at the hospital. We are not locals. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious. I've rarely if ever tasted such a succulent hamburger.
