Casual lunch; exceptional experience

Beautiful delicious food, excellent service, most amazing loos! It was lovely to order lots of dishes to share and I appreciated the consideration that was clearly applied to the sequence in which the food was delivered and that this was carried out with impeccable timing.

Came here as a group of 6 and really wasn't very impressed with the experience. The staff were great, very attentive and couldn't fault them at all! I think I speak for everyone that ate at our table however when I say that of the 10 dishes we ordered, nearly everything on the menu was average, the only stand outs... More

We had 6 dishes to share and then shared a pudding each, which was more than enough! The meat dishes we had were particularly delicious - I highly recommend ordering the twice cooked chicken and the rib! The flavours are quite strong so sharing lots of smaller plates is definitely the best way to organise a visit here! The decor... More

Excellent food and service, different and unusual cuisine and the loos are to die for ! A word of warning, go for a lazy lunch, I have been for lunch and dinner, the evening meal whilst still excellent was rushed, in and out in under 2 hours!

I have waited a long time to get yotam ottolenghi's flagship restaurant in Warwick street, London. I wasn't disappointed and was given a table near the street window. They do have a communeral dining table in front of the kitchen downstairs. The menu offering had something for everyone with the cold dishes being plated from a platter display opposite front... Given the price tag, the space is too crammed and the service too poor to compensate for it. Wines have a heave mark-up (even more than 3x which is the average for London). The food was nothing special - I would say that the veggie dishes are of similar quality to Tibits restaurants. The portion were small. Needless to say... More

Thank you, Yotam. Fantastic, rich, thoughtful food. I could eat the aubergine w/ black garlic all day. Small portions (tapas style). Do make a reservation. Definitely my favourite restaurant.

What's interesting about the decor is that its mostly of white tiles - should give a feel of a large hospital room or a sanitised place - yet it gets away as being friendly - I guess cause of the furniture and the large street side windows. the food was well presented and served. We the Sea Bass, the Confir... More

Went here with friends for dinner and had a great evening. All of the dishes were enjoyable and so were drinks and cocktails. We sat downstairs and we all enjoyed the experience of being close to the kitchen. This is on the expensive side but it is worth a go. Prepare your taste buds for a new experience. You should... We were a party of one vegan, two vegetarians and two carnivores. We all left happy, surprised, intrigued and wishing we could eat there every day! The breathtakingly spectacular loos were an unexpected bonus...

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
