We had four pizzas there in April 2014. I had higher hopes for the pizzas from the appearance of the restaurant but was disappointed. Very good raw material (i.e. high quality ham etc) but it didn't click.

We had dinner from the pre/post theatre menu recently. Good food, excellent service and good value. We would go back on a return trip.

Just home from visiting Sartori and I have to say what a brilliant time we had there. There was 18 of us, 12 kids aged 11 and under and 6 adults. We chose the meter long pizzas for the kids, 3 of them were ample, and the same for us adults. The staff were friendly and very accommodating considering the... More

Good food and service, particularly as we were in a hurry. However we declined to pay the 'discretionary' service charge added to the bill, was shown the amended amount on the payment machine, agreed it but when checking the receipt later discovered that it had been added back on. Have rung about this twice, was told it the charge would... More

We have always eaten at Sartori every time we go up to London..... Never again.. It's unfortunately gone down hill. The garlic bread for starter had no taste or smell of garlic and was burnt in the middle. Followed by carbonara which I have had every time. Couldn't manage more than three mouthfuls due to being a mass of pasta... More

Very friendly and tasty but our table for 2 was on the right as you come in... So felt the draft from the open door and had people standing next to us waiting for a table ! But food was good

Following a meeting in London, and prior to catching the train home, a group of friends and I were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. We found this. we ordered starters of octopus which was nice, and shared their pizza for 4 which comes as one long pizza split up with each person's choice of... More

We went to Sartori yesterday evening and it was by far the best dining experience we've ever had in London. Both our starters (octopus and gattò di patate) were amazing and as good as the ones my Italian mother makes. The quality of the ingredients was incredible and the panuozzo was to die for - the one named "Sarracino" is... More

2 adults 2 children (9 &13). We were pleased we booked as the place very quickly filled up. We had an early 16:30 table as our concert started at 19:30. The staff were friendly but not over the top , but they were very busy. There was a good selection either from the set menu (£11 for 2 courses) or... More
