The food is pretty decent, and with 50% off using a tastecard it's really good value. However, the service is slow and poor. We were served by half a dozen different people, they put tap water in my friend's sparkling water and tried to charge us for the replacement. When we asked for the service charge to be removed, they... More

I have eaten at Sartori too many times to remember. Often on a Friday for lunch with work colleagues you can Guarantee a great Pizza, one of the better ones in London. The set menu options are nothing to rave about but for £10 you can't really complain. The service varies, sometimes you get good, cheerful and friendly on other... More

I rarely write reviews but I feel like letting people know how bad this place is. I went there with a couple of friends. Despite there were only a few tables occupied, the manager told us that we only had 1.5 hrs to eat. Later he found us a table where we were allowed to stay for up to 2... More

The food at Sartori is amazing, as is the service. We initially were invited there by a business colleague for lunch, but enjoyed the food and service so much that we returned two nights later with old friends. The proprietor remembered us and brought around complimentary grappa at the end of our meal. I'd recommend this restaurant as a "must".

Few words to explain that this is one of the best pizza I've ever taste in London. And if you use the Taste Card, the value for the money is away to good. I definitely recommend it to all of you who want to taste the real and authentic italian pizza...BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!

In the heart of the West-End this establishment has taken over the space of what previously was a Japanese restaurant with innovative Japanese cuisine. Sartori is definitely not an innovative place but what they do is done nicely with fresh ingredients and a good pizza dough. We tried a couple of classic starters an octopus salad, well cooked and lightly dressed... More

We came here for a friend's birthday. I had the pizzoli (I think it was called that? The kind of pizza sandwhich thing) which was really yummy (maybe a bit overpriced). However, it is obviously a very popular place and people were queuing out of the door! Unfortunately we were right by the door and the people at the front... More

Went here with a large group of about 10 colleagues on a recommendation. It’s true that the pizza base was high quality and authentically Italian, but overall the pizza wasn’t better than in other pizzerias I’ve visited. What really left a bitter taste on the meal was the fact that they kept walking past and saying ‘Shhh’, which I found... More

We were here on Tuesday, 16 April, before going to the theatre. We were not exactly sure how close the theatre restaurant was so booked for 5pm. Virtually empty when we got there but quite crowded by the time we left nearer 7pm. I had a simple meal of sea bass which was fine. Daughter had piazza. We thought we... More

The place is clean but very chaotic and crowded. Tables are so close to each other you almost eat in others people plate. I had what they called pizza but it was nothing more than a burnt flat bread with more 10% tomato sauce and 90%water. The service was just ok. Oh, don't bother to order the lasagna. A rather... More
