The restaurant looks great, so does the food which tastes good too. Good menu choices of asian food but were a little pricey. The staff were aloof and stuffy. Probably thought they had to act up the price.

Dropped in fior lunch just before Christmas with our son, this was my second visit and the towering ceilings and magnificent architecture are a sight to behold. A set menu the food and service were both impeccable . We thoroughly enjoyed this busy lunch service and spent some hours enjoying the food and the ambiance, we will return the meal... More

We were invited for dinner at the relatively new Grand Imperial at Grosvenor Hotel in London Victoria. The hotel has been thoroughly refurbished and retains its old charm and grandeur. This restaurant features very high ceiling and charm which makes it the Chinese version of The Wolseley. The roast duck was decent and lobster noddles was above par. Overall we... More

Great service and great environment. The price is very reasonable compared to the few similar chinese restaurants in Baker Street. The food quality is much better than in China Town. Faultless.

The food was good but the wait between starter and main course was unacceptable. They claimed the kitchen was busy. So?? As a solo diner I was seated in the bar area with chairs too low For the table. BTW this is my first negative review...

Beautiful room, extensive menu, congenial staff, but for the money it just did not wow me. Nothing really serious to complain about but it did not grab me as something memorable or worth the investment. I would have preferred to visit a local, family owned establishment in retrospect for a more interesting dinner. If you want predictable, rather routine food... More

Excellent authentic Chinese food with superb service. Lots of little touches that show they really care - so unusual to find something as good as this.
