The decor was very nice, the table setting was nice, only thing lacking was a good customer service. Food was ok and value for money. I would recommend the restaurant for I felt it was just the staff we got at that specific time that wasn't pleasant. I would definitely visit again and hope to get a better experience.

My favourite Asian restaurant in London ! Next to Victoria station and in the Grosvenor Hotel. Good price quality. They have a 2 course menu for a small price which is of excellent quality and with wide choice of different courses.

Our company is a regular customer of Grand Imperial. However, we didn't expect that we would ever be overcharged for over £40 at one meal for the dishes that we didn't order. What a dishonest restaurant!

Having just returned from a theatre trip to Chichester on Bank Holiday Saturday, six of us piled into the very conveniently situated Grand Imperial Chinese restaurant in the Grosvenor Hotel at Victoria. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The subtle decor had the clean and unfussy lines associated with Feng Shui. Once settled (the chairs seats are rather deep,... More

We had a table reservations for 9 people on Saturday lunch. When we arrived there were only 2 person seated at the table so the service staff should not be busy but we were given the cold shoulder & given unwelcome looks. Since our friends had arrived we joined them at the table. We decided to remove the baby chair... More

The building is stunning with high ceilings and attractive décor. We had the 2 courses for £15 which we thought was extremely good value due to the location and look of this place. Both courses were fantastic. My veggie food had a lot of flavour. This has been one of the most enjoyable Chinese meals I've had.

My mum and I visited this restaurant today, Edwin served us and he was fantastic! I think people maybe find the staff a little rude because of the obvious language barrier but if you give them the chance to talk they are lovely. The food was totally out of this world, we ate from the express lunch menu and I... More

I've got a chance to visit The grand imperial restaurant yesterday, however, we would define the service we met as a horrible memory, Things happened as this, first of all we found the scallop dish was involved some sand inside, then we ask the manager to change the new dish for us.we made an agreement to replace the same one... Good food poor service which means I will not be going back again. The waitress seemed disinterested in taking our order and was not only miserable but at times rude, we felt like it was an inconvenience us being there as opposed to feeling welcomed. When we tried to order what we wanted, she told us it was too much... More
