The Bloomsbury Room is the dining area just inside the entrance to the Casino located at President Hotel. I was asked on arrival if I would be betting before or after the meal. We found because the premeal and theatre came as a package we were given a different menue to others dining there and we found that the portion we were given was not enough to warrant it a full meal.
