Me and my husband often go to soho branch and we have been to Covent Garden too. But never wrote any comment before. As this time we went to Covent Garden after a while. The food was very good as always but we ordered drinks was a glass of Rose and beer. Which came after our starters arrived and the... More

We came across Masala Zone while walking around Carnaby street and we decided to enter attracted by the nice atmosphere: modern ambient and very quiet. We ordered two tasting menus, but the waiter brought us only one plus something we did not order. The food was not bad at all, even though we had the impression that not all the... More

if your intention was to serve food that literally looked like 3 pieces of poo on a plate, then you succeeded. In 8 years in London, I have never had a worse eating experience.

We've now visited Masala Zone restaurants a few times. This time we had a pre-theatre dinner before seeing Cats. As always, it was a great experience. Delicious Indian food that's a bit different & at a great price point. Service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Service : Good, prompt and courteous. Starters : Aloo tikki and samosas were really good though the chicken dish was a bit of a let down due to less seasoning. Mains - All of us went for Thali and my butter chicken was really good. it is easy to make butter chicken too sweet or basically just mess it up.... More

This is one of our favourite restaurants and on our infrequent trips to London, we never fail to eat there. The food is always interesting, varied, tasty and non-greasy, and the service invariably attentive and efficient. We have one gripe, however. On more than one occasion we have had cause to query the bill. In the past, although service was... More

I am a huge fan of Masala Zone restaurants and have been to several across London on many occasions since 2010. The service is always impeccable and I think a lot of restaurants could really learn a thing or two about customer service from Masala zone employees. They are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. In particular,... More

This place is overstaffed and the staff is there to socialize and is less interested in working. We went here for dinner and to place our orders, we had to call the waiter several times. The same happened when they forgot a part of our order, when we wanted our plates taken away and when we wanted the bill. Very... More

A night out with a few work colleagues we went to Masala on a recommendation . What great food and service, the Thali was superb. We all had a different dish and all agreed it was perfect.

Good ambiance and quick service, but if you are going for thali then it can disappoint you. Items are preselected and nowhere close to other curry items of ala cart.
