Indian street delights

Good authentic Indian street food in a convenient location for a shopping break. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly though it could get slow during busy evening periods. Best time to visit is for lunch

I stopped by for a quick lunch before checking into my airbnb and j was quite please with both the food, and the prices. Oh yeah the service was pretty good to. While it looks like a chain store the food is pretty good and worth making a a stop

We chanced upon the Masala Zone and found it just right. The decor is light, modern yet warm, and the food was fresh, delicate and carefully made. Would certainly return if I can.

A nice restaurant with a bent toward Southern Indian food. My wife and I were not excited by the meal, but we both felt that we got good value and service and had no real complaints. We visited the Masala Zone located on Marshall Street in Soho.

A pleasant surprise, this place. This was our first time in the Masala zone and I say surprised because it was as if this food belonged truly in India and not in what I expected from Soho, and not what we expected in this place of modernistic décor. Where are the decorations I expect from a traditional curry house? No... More

Lovely birthday meal. Warm atmosphere & lovely deco. The staff were really friendly & helpful. We ordered a variety of dishes which were all delicious. I ordered the prawn thali which was flavoursome and presented very well. Kids meals were a hit as well. This is our 2nd visit.

Starting with the concept of the Thali which is a good concept on paper but i believe half-heartedly executed: it was not bad but very bland more and the main dish Lamb Rogan had no more than 5 little cubes of lamb and lots of sauce. To me it was more of a taster than a meal. It needs to... More

As you enter the place you get the good vibes and aroma of spices. The food had authentic taste and thali is priced reasonably.

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
