The name 'Masala Zone' doesn't quite inspire high expectations, but, in many ways, that works in its favour. I can't speak for the other parts of the chain, but I will say that my visit to the Soho branch resulted in a perfectly enjoyable evening. Had a chicken Grand Thali, which was very nice, and a bottle of Cobra to... More

After team party in Masala zone, I have been there many times. Always excellent food and nice ambiance. Recently they started small and medium portion which is getting costly compared to what it used to be.

The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance with 60's influenced interior and ceiling, which I liked a lot. The service was fairly quick and the waitress attentive and informative. The food was really very good though the starter was not quite what we expected, it was still fine. The main courses were really tasty and desserts were very good. The... More

I went to Masala Zone Soho with a friend and food the food to be quite good and for a good price. I was not too excited about the atmosphere and with the fact that they do not have desserts.

Rather good Indian food, and not too expensive. Hard to avoid spicy food. In winter, refuse the tables near the door!

On our way to China town we came across this restaurant. With tired feet we decided to terminate our journey here and have an indian. Married to an indian chappy, I know what butter chicken should taste like - I have tasted his version, his mums version and versions from half of Southall - none of them tasted so much... More

Every time we visit London, we magically end up at Masala Zone Soho. Without having a reservation we queued up on a friday evening around 8pm at the Masala Zone. While waiting in the queue a menu is offered and time flies when you have something to study on. After a couple of minutes we could sit down and order... More

Had a late lunch in the restaurant on a Wednesday, and the place was nearly empty. Food was tasty, menu was rich with flavors, service was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant. Worth the price.

Amazing atmosphere, the paintings are authentic and cultural. The meal was served quickly and presentation was second to none. I ordered the pistachio kulfi for dessert, it was the best I've ever eaten outside India! I will be sure to return, thank you to the staff for being so welcoming

I travelled a long way to see my sister. After a wonderful day we decided to pop in here for a nice meal. First impressions were ok as there were plenty of diners and we were seated very quickly. Everything else was disappointing. The food was at best palatable. We had one drink purely because we were never offered another... More
