Good food but limited gluten free options

I use this chain every few months for a family meal as I get discount vouchers from my Tesco credit card. A good selection of food except for very limited gluten free options for my wife (only one starter). Reasonably priced and you get what you would expect from an Italian themed chain. Good... read more

Me and my husband went here for an early dinner. Service was great. Got a seat straight away, even thought it was very busy. We never waited long to be served or for our food. We had the salted Carmel cake for dessert which was delicious! We only paid £48 for 3 courses and a few drinks. Great value for... More

Excellent food, we really enjoyed the flat breads as a starter. My son said the lasagne was excellent, my wife said the arrabbiata was the best she had ever had and I enjoyed the risotto panissa. We finished off with gelato. It was excellent value, would definitely go again.

A group of 10 of us booked a table on a Monday evening. The service was very good and attentive throughout. The food was also good and backed up with a few bottles of wine, made the evening a success. Not very busy, but a decent atmosphere. Well done to all the staff

Okay, it was a busy Friday night and, to be fair, we were seated quickly. But service was slow and various waiters/waitresses that attended didn't really engage. We had to attract their attention at every stage, no 'customer service' like we've experienced elsewhere. I suspect it is just very understaffed, but an awareness of that (by the staff - i.e.... We arrived at 4.45, it was not very busy. Service was efficient, we had our drinks and our order taken quickly. Unfortunately the waitress did not take the order to the kitchen! 30 minutes later, we asked where our meal was, she said she had not given it in. Another 15 minutes, we finally got our meal, and a free... More

The Prezzo restaurant in St Martin's Lane is well located for visiting Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and a number of London's theatres. Although we hadn't booked (and the restaurant was quite busy) we were able to obtain a table for four straight away when we arrived about 6.00 p.m on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant seems clean and well... More

The location was good - very close to Trafalgar Square. Unfortunately, the food I can only really class as 'ok' - nothing special. Staff seemed disinterested and rushed even though we were only one of a few people in there. Pizza and salad were of a good size but did not taste as fresh as expected. Would not eat at... More
