Went there for an anniversary with my boyfriend who'd never had sushi. He loved it and I completely agree! The food was splendid, fantastically flavoured, really nicely presented and the sushi were some of the most original i've ever had. The salmon skin makin in particular was fantastic. The atmosphere is lovely, the place is really nice looking and the... More

Went to Nizuni for a mid week lunch. It was easy to get a table though there was a busy buzz to the place. We chose both a budget lunch menu and an a la carte selection. Everything was fresh and tasty down to the miso soup. Their unagi (eel) was a particular favourite and the tuna was tasty. We... More

Whilst Nizuni doesn't have that 'everyday' feel about it, it's prices are so reasonable for central London that it's our go-to-Sushi place as often as we can make it so. The service, food and atmosphere are all outstanding. Their sashimi, agedashi tofu and seaweed salad are our first-to-mind favourites.

Agree with the previous review the sushi was very fresh. All the food we had was tasty but as three girls we did find the main portion sizes to be very small and were left hungry (we had all ordered starters too). The drinks did take a bit of time to come (cocktails) and the service could be a bit... More

This relatively small restaurant on Charlotte Street has very good, fresh sushi and sashimi. The service was excellent. The yellowtail sashimi with a drizzle of truffle oil was delicious as was the seaweed salad, albeit a bit crunchy for my taste. The wine list leaves a little to be desired but has the advantage of having a small selection of... More

one of those places which you find by accident and then keep in your list. Very nice atmosphere, delicious food and great service. It is a quiet and romantic restaurant, very cozy with friendly staff.

Our friend from London recommended us to this restaurant, situated in the charming Charlotte Street. We have had amazing japanese food from all over the world particularly from Japan and we are just big fans of Japs food. We liked most of the starters Nizuni had to offer esp. the tuna tartar and the other dish I don't remember what... More

We had booked a table for 7pm on a Saturday. It was a good time to get there before it got too busy. The food was delicious but the variation in portion sizing was extraordinary! My son (who is 21, not a child) had a portion that was really quite small, my husband's meal was about average and my chicken... More

I'd never had sushi before and ended up at Nizuni not really knowing what to expect. The sashimi was delicious and I was amazed at how light and tasty the fish was. It must have been extremely fresh (you'd hope so what with us being an island!). We also had some black cod, which was cooked. That was one of... More
