Fantastic food, great value let down by very slow service

Really great food in a "cosy" space for which read cramped table with hard seating. The good is worth waiting for though, plentiful and tasty. I have been several times and each time the service is painfully slow, which I find odd since I guess due to the hard seating and closeness of the... read more

The food was excellent - stir-fried spaghetti with minced pork truly delicious. The service was great too - we were a group of 11, and between ourselves took a while to work out who was having the set menu, who was going a la carte, who had dietary requirements etc - the waitress was unflappable, and very friendly and efficient.... Wow!! Rosa's had excellent food! Very flavorful. Fresh ingredients. Best Thai in the UK. Not too pricey, particularly for Soho. Great for lunch after Sunday worship at St Anne's Soho just across the street.

Bangkok (Thailand) is my home and I had a serious craving when I went to Rosa's. I understand adapting food to suit western tastes, but I found my noodles to be quite bland and surprised to see brocolli in them (!) which I've never ever encountered in Thailand and took away from it. I will be back, but will definitely... More

Best green curry in London - starters are great and the staff are very friendly and great service. Fast becoming one of my favourites. Highly recommended.

Staff friendly and helpful. Generally OK but a bit on the pricey side. It would be nice to have more, both quantity and variety, sea food on the sea food hot plate. As it's right next door to the French House it's likely we'll give it another try but there's plenty of competition in the immediate area.

This tiny place in Soho is a not-so-well hidden gem. It's pretty small so it gets a little hot and noisy in there, but this only added to the atmosphere for me. Our waitresses were smiley and attentive, and there was a good choice on the menu. I had the Beef Mussaman curry (order noodles/rice separately), absolutely a recommend, and... More

A busy little place, great atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. The starters were good but the main courses were small for the price and one each with rice wasn't enough. Great flavours though (except for the spicy beef salad, the beef was chewy and bland).

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
