Big taste in small place

walking around in SOHO, looking at all the pubs and restaurants - and finding this small place with very taste food (spicy if you order the specials, like I did). Don't bring your suitcase, it will not fit! The only bad thing is that they only had icecream for dessert.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this restaurant when walking around London for somewhere to eat. We looked at the menu and it sounded delicious and it was busy so we initially thought this is a popular restaurant that does great food. This was not in our case...our starters of calamari and tempauri prawns were very very greasy, covered in... More

We found this restaurant on trip advisor as were in Leicester Square and fancied some thai food! The food here is delicious, the restaurant is small and very nice place to be and the staff are extremely smiley and friendly. We had thai Calamari which was amazing followed by pad Thai, green curry and coconut rice. All of which were... More

Went in since it was one of the few places where seats were available and since it looked cool from the ouside. Pro: - food very authentic - a bit stylish Con: - quite expensive - food so so (had papaya salad and fried chicken) - food presentation so so - seats uncomfortable Wont come again, sry.

Amazing lamb yellow curry, jasmine rice and service. Food was tasty, staff were polite, would definitely recommend, and return if ever in the area again.

I had mixed feelings about this place - the food is incredible and definitely worth a visit, very authentic. We had the spring rolls and prawns for starters and they were huge! The green thai curry for main is straight out of Thailand and the Jungle curry was great, as was the sticky rice and the coconut rice! Overall the... More

I went to Rosa's on a Friday night and ate the venison red curry with coconut rice. I absolutely love venison so I was keen to try a Thai twist, even if the price - £12 - seemed a little on the high side. Really, I was quite disappointed. The meat was tough and didn't taste particularly gamey. The rest... More

We first stumbled across Rosa's in Chelsea recently and really enjoyed the quality of the food and service. I took my daughter to the Soho branch and found the same friendly service and authentic food. We shared a squid starter and daughter had Mussaman Lamb curry and I had spicy stir fried seafood and we shared an egg fried rice.... More

The tables are indeed very close to each other but the girls who served us were lovely - would recommend the hot chicken basil stir fry , and the red chicken thick coconut curry (chicken pieces are biggish but the curry is yum). Didn't enjoy my pad thai too much although it was okay when I put some of the... More

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
