Booked a table earlier in the day for 6 people. When we got there we were told by the manager that we were not allowed to bring our own alcohol. After ordering our food and drink other diners came in with their own wine and beer. After asking the other guests it appears that you are allowed to bring your... More

Upon approaching Brick Lane with the desire of eating Indian food, we were unsure of where we were going to eat however we had been warned by our London friends to bargain for the price as there are no fixed prices. When we stepped foot on the street where the restaurants were there were Indian men standing in front of... More

We saw the TripAdvisor sticker in the window. The hawker outside the restaurant offered us 25% off + free wine or beer. Once inside, the wine list consisted of ... red or white. And the "free beer" came in a skinny little glass. Food was only okay (no upset stomachs, though). And when the bill arrived, they had "forgotten" the... More

Thanks to all of the restaurant. We had a great meal on 22nd of July. All the workers are well behaved and great environment. Basically the person who works outside is very gentle with well behaved and we promise him to come back again.

Cinnamon restaurant is the worst restaurant you can ever come to in London. Other restaurant in brick lane are better. Cinnamon menu is very very expensive. We got 50% Discount by the tauter and we ate here. Still it was very expensive. After I went home I had a severe tummy upset. Later I had severe diarrhea. It was the... More

Brick Lane has changed a bit over the last 5 years but even so a good curry on Brick Lane has always been difficult to find - many restaurants are pretty cynical in serving up average generic 'Indian' food in small portions and turning over customers as quickly as possible. Cinnamon is different. By the standards of Brick Lane their... More

We had a light lunch for two - two chicken dishes, one naan, a glass of water and a coke. The food was good. Service was also good, but there were only 4 covers in the place. The bill included a 10% service charge and came to £24, which is not outrageous but suggests that they are not competing on... More
