We came to Cocochan for late Sunday dinner. Saw great reviews of this restaurant and decided to try it. It was an enjoyable evening. Food was top class and service was great. For starters we had tempura soft shell crab and seafood ceviche. For main, we had duck pancakes and steamed sea bass. Everything was made to perfection. I would... More

as soon as we sat down and saw a glass of water was £4.50 we knew it was a mistake. it was a complete waste of money and my belly space, paid £91 for a meal we should have paid £20 for. food was tasteless and far too expensive. £20 for a plate of tasteless seared 'bulgogi' beef. i've had... More

Thank you for taking time reviewing Cocochan Restaurant & Bar. Although we very much appreciate your review, we could not help but noticing some incorrect details mentioned here, so we would like to clarify. First of all, mentioned "saw a glass of water was £4.50" - it is not for a glass, but for a large bottle (750ml). Tap water... More

Located close to Bond Street station Cocochan is a wonderfully trendy and funky restaurant serving top quality Asian food. A real fusion of tastes and the menu truly has something for everything. It is slightly more expensive that some of the more generic Asian restaurants but you will find there is a reason for that when you try the food.... More

Delicious food, we ordered a selection of small dishes to share. It was all really good, the only thing we didn't rate was the edamame beans which we ordered with chili and garlic. Normally these are served dry but these were almost in a sauce which makes them really tricky to eat. This is a small quibble though. The service... More

I had high hopes going into cocochan for the food, and it did not disappoint. we were ushered, rather scruffily, to a table for 2 that was sandwiched in the middle of other diners . Whilst I appreciate that space is quite limited in the evenings, I specifically asked to be sat at a quieter table. Luckily, one of the... More

Came here for a weekly lunch. Was great weather so we say outside. Was say for a good 15 minutes before asking someone for a menu. Then once ordered food took around 40 mins to come. We were in no rush so wasn't too bad but still service should not be like that at all. Tuna tacos were amazing. So... More

Thank you for taking time reviewing Cocochan Restaurant & Bar. Also we are very disappointed to hear the delay of service. We have forwarded your review to our management team... More

Looking for a favourite place that is now closed we landed in nearby Cocochan. Nice surroundings & good service, with superb food, duck red curry was the best I've ever tried - lovely balance of heat, sweetness & creaminess. Child friendly, too, at lunch time.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
