Description: Wright Brothers is a name synonymous with high quality seafood...
Wright Brothers is a name synonymous with high quality seafood restaurants. Situated on Sohos Kingly Street, between Carnaby and Regent Streets, Wright Brothers Soho follows in the award winning footsteps of the famed Oyster and Porter House of the same name in Borough Market. Equally relaxed and informal, the Wright Brothers philosophy of simplicity and quality is carried throughout Wright Brothers Soho. Offering a wide range of seafood and oysters from their own Cornish oyster farm and fishery, as well as from producers around the British Isles and France, all simply prepared to make the absolute most of fresh, delicious flavours, Wright Brothers is an unrivalled spot in which to enjoy the simple pleasures of the deep, alongside a refreshing glass of wine or the Wright Brothers Oyster Stout.

The Best Branch of Wright Bros.

Despite mainly visiting the Spitalfields branch (due to its proximity), I think this branch is the best. The difference? The service here is impeccable and very friendly, which makes all the difference in my book.

My favourite seafood restaurant in London. Always have received quality seafood and service on each and every occasion. The seafood platter is my favourite and the fact that guests can also create/order their own choice of platters in equally appealing.

I have been going there for a couple of years and can say that it is one of the most consistent restaurant in Soho. Fish and seafood are always beautifully fresh and prepared simply. Service is friendly and wine list small but well priced. Go.

I was taken to the wright brothers and it was beautiful! great restaurant fantastic food, i am a huge fish fan and this restaurant came up top for me out of the fish restaurants i've been to. I have to say we were greeted by a lovely lady as soon we arrived and then our waitress was amazing, she explained... More

I took my partner for his birthday and we had a lovely time - highly recommend it. The staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive; going out of their way to make it a special evening - including a complimentary 'Happy Birthday' desert to celebrate the occasion. The food was fresh, good-sized portions and delicious. A really cool place, lots... More

My girlfriend and I fancied some seafood, and were recommended Wright Brothers. We didn't book in advance so we didn't get a prime seat in the court yard, but the interior was great nevertheless. The waiter was helpful and the half bottle of wine option was a great addition as we didn't fancy drinking a whole bottle but we wanted... More

We were agreeably surprised to arrive at 6pm on a Saturday in summer and be offered a table for 2 hours. Never having been before we needed some advice and the waiter was excellent . We chose the dozen mixed oysters, which were lovely, and then two small plates. One was the tempura soft shell crab, the other the tempura... More

I visited this bar to kill some time after work one evening and was pleasantly surprised with the menu and staff. The staff were well informed, knowledgable and provided excellent recommendations. The seafood was fresh, beautifully prepared and came out only a short time after my order had been placed. The oysters I ordered were from Oléron, France and had... More

My other half and I visited on a Friday evening for dinner. The restaurant has a great vibe: very chilled, but buzzing. The restaurant manages to simultaneously lend itself to intimacy whilst also being a great venue to have a meal with friends. Our waiter was a very nice chap: he persuaded me to try a starter which I was... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
