Ambient and service was good very friendly and professional as you expect from a good restaurant, I was a little disappointed about the menu, short but if you do not like mushroom or fish, you have not much choice, Any way I have seen a lot worst. As a critic I must say the antipasto could be a lot more... More

This is a good restaurant serving high quality regional Italian fare. The menu is short but interesting, with an unusually high proportion of fish dishes, and there is a really excellent value set menu. The wine list has some very good wines on it but also some fairly priced ones which do not disappoint. The service is friendly and attentive.... More

One exception, they did not have my husbands first choice for main course, but other than that - near perfection. We called earlier in the day and managed to get a table for two at 9 pm. The restaurant was full, so that was a good thing to have done. We were soon moved to a really nice table after... More

We had the light evening meal; great value and finely balanced flavours. I had orange and fennel salad, followed by garlic chicken, and superb mini courget rings, with an excellent Sicilian chardonay- great value.

I went to this place for my 50th birthday with three friends, as I'd read some enthusiastic reviews. Having been there now, I have no idea what these people are talking about. Firstly, the tables were packed together so tightly - it's a small place - that, in order to squeeze in as many customers as possible, my table had... More

My first visit was a company party at the basement. Food was simply great but the room was too small for 60 people. So I visited again with my son and had dinner at table place. Foods are traditional good one, waiters are professional, atmosphere was very good. My 19 years old son really enjoyed it. I think especially good... More

It looks more like someone's front door than a restaurant, and the tables are a bit close together, which means you don't get a quiet meal. But the food has been outstanding here since the 60's. This was one of the first Italian-run restaurants to bring proper Italian cooking to London in the years when English people thought spaghetti grew... More

Very good food and a pleasant buzzy atmosphere. Service was fine. It's not the nicest looking restaurant and the tables are a bit close together but definitely worth a visit for a relaxing meal.

My husband and I were searching through Soho for a restaurant that wasn't a pub, but was more romantic and upscale. We came across this little gem. It's not cheap - but the wine list is good and the food is wonderful! We both had huge bowls of pasta which was delicious. The servers were extremely friendly. Be sure to... More

i come to London a lot. 5 times a year for 5 to 7 days. This was the first time i have stayed at Hazlitt's Hotel in SOHO. The Hotel is great if you can put up with antiquated and quirky. It is not the Mandarin Oriental with amenities or bling. The area is completely crazy. People everywhere. Every pub... More
