Great love for their fish and chips but not much of the rest

I like the fish and chips, batter is very thin which makes it so good! However quite limited choices of drinks. Very poor and slow service, not enough staffs to handle. 2 staffs can't even handle 6-7 tables.

Convenient next to Victoria Station and quiet in the middle of the afternoon, nice inside and an extensive menu, but that was as good as it gets. Ordered their special burger, service was quick and the burger was o k, but so small and a small portion of fries to go with it, if that was what I wanted I... More

Thanks for the review Yvonne, glad you like our homemade batter on our fish & we'll certainly look at our staff rotas! We’re launching our new Beef Burger next week so hope you’ll be in to try it out – don’t forget to save room for our delicious new range of cheesecakes too! More

After reading reviews, and because it's so centrally located, I thought I would try this place to watch the Michigan State / Ohio State game last night. Even though the place was relatively empty, with a number of TV screens not being watched at all, the manager refused to change the channel, saying "we don't show college football." So, I... More

Popped in for a quick drink and snack with some colleagues. From the very first contact with Siobahn and her team (Rali, Brigette and Sonia) everything was done with a smile; nothing was too much trouble.

I had only a 1/2 hour and this was a ton better than fast food at one of the many station eateries. This is not the place I would pick as a first choice restaurant, but it is really decent food in a typical sports bar format. Fish (cod) and chips were fine. I ordered Iced Tea "We don't have... Good place for meeting friends for a drink but shockingly expensive food. Cod and chips served on a wooden board is over priced for what you actually get. My colleagues hot dog sandwich was no better. Service on the day was very good and attentive so the 3 stars are for the waitress!

Great bar for a bite before a trip to the Apollo. Off the train and straight into the Sports Bar & Grill, although everywhere else at platform level was heaving in rush hour this was busy but there were still seats available. A great little waitress really looked after us when we told her we wanted to eat and leave... More

The Sports Bar and Grill is located on the second floor (mezzanine) of the Victoria Station. There are a number of televisions located around the facility to view the sporting events. The manager will tell you which events will be on that day or evening. (Sky Sports,Channel 4 usually carries Sunday Night football live-albeit in the middle of the night... More

Visited the bar and grill looking for a meeting place. The bar is upstairs and is a little bit smaller then Waterloo & Farringdon outlets but still serves good food with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Watched England game whilst there. Tried on of their beer dogs which were very good.

I visited the Sports Bar & Grill Victoria last week in between appointments. I was also able to watch part of a Premier League football game while there. A nice bar with lots of screens, it is located upstairs at the Victoria Station. Service was good, the interior was clean and warm and the food was OK. Nice

Staying in Westminster

Neighborhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
