Great place for lunch or dinner. Food is very good, seasonal and very consistent year in and year out. Good value for money. One of the best pizzas in London. Very nice buzzy atmosphere. Service is friendly and prompt.

I will start by saying that it's one of the few places in the West End that actually has a wood oven. So pizza tastes GOOD. It's thin, they are skimping a bit on the topics but god does it taste properly. Also the tagliata is very very nice, as are the starters. It is usually packed so arrive early.... More

Got a pizza to take away one night from the Oak. We went for the Stagioni and the pizza was fantastic but there was hardly any toppings on the pizza. Slightly disappointing!

Truly excellent pizza - perfect thin crust base and good quality toppings. Starters (venison carpaccio and salmon carpaccio) were average, I wouldn't bother again. Staff friendly, especially the lady maitre d' who was very accommodating to our rather noisy group. Pretty dark lighting - don't go if you haven't been eating your carrots recently - and tables squished together a... More

Best pizza ever!! Beautiful place with a nice cocktail lounge bar upstairs, where we really enjoyed cocktail and tapas. Downstairs we had a beautiful pizza, the best ever in London!!

Pizza truly to die for and I say this as a born and bred Italian who's had her fair share of fab pizzas in her lifetime! Turned up with a friend at 9 on Friday night, the super efficient Lucia took our names down and we went upstairs for drinks until10. We didn't have to wait long for two incredible... More

Lively and popular hole for affluent young bankers and the like. Food just a notch above average, but £30 a head for pizza, nibbles and a couple of drinks ?

This was my first visit to the Oak meeting friends as part of a larger group. My friend recommended the restaurant stating that it has London's best pizzas. I was skeptical, but after having eaten my pizza I have to say she was right the pizzas at the Oak must be the best I have ever had in London. We... More

Having lived in italy for 2 years, I am very picky about my pizza, but I adore the pizza at The Oak. They are cooked in wood-fired over, thin and crispy base, and great passata on the base. The atmosphere of The Oak is also lovely. It's a pub, but the atmosphere is more of a trattoria/osteria, with candles on... More
