Four types of bread brought to our table. The pork shoulder, apparently a new dish, was succulent and tasty ( according to my hisband, who eats a lot of pork, this was the best pork-ever), the turbot a bit undercooked to my taste. On my commenting this, they offered me a new main course. Good wine list, good deserts. Great service.... More

I usually read the 'terrible' and 'poor' reviews first and having read them about Zucca I think they are unfair and ironic. The irony being the main complainers about the lack of Italian chefs and it being wrong to have English chefs etc are themselves guests in this country! What does it really matter where the chef is from? Complaints... More

This is one of my favourite restaurants and was first recommended to me by the artist Norman Foster whose studio is just round the corner in Morroco Street. It is cafe style with an open kitchen so can be noisy. I went there with my neice and new baby for lunch on Friday, and they kindly accommodated the pram, we... More

The range of starters was great . The signature " fritti" superb. Mains were good, maybe could have had more choice there. The pasta of the day could have been a little less al dente for my taste too. Device was excellent

I love the food and the wine here. I took my Italian friend and we both agreed it was really good. Delicious and great service. Ask for a wine recommendation - they have an extensive list and were quite happy when I said I didn't want to spend too much.

Booked a couple of months in advance for a Saturday lunch. Food was undeniably delicious - especially the pastas, zucca fritti and the bread board. However, having had to book a long time in advance we had been looking forward to this for a while and had high expectations. We were disappointed to find that they have crammed far too... More

The menu is limited but the quality of ingredients is brilliant. Some meals are a tad overly salty, but the staff are very well trained and polite. Lunch can be very good value considering the quality of food.

Great food, great service, great spot !!! We love Zucca, and always have to ask for more of their wonderful Focaccia bread. The pasta is divine, menu changes daily, and worth a visit any time.

My husband and I went to Zucca for lunch today. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and for me it was the best Italian meal I've had in London. Staff are friendly and attentive and for London standards and given the quality of the food, the prices were entirely reasonable. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Zucca last night. I have been there before for lunch and loved it. It was buzzy, great atmosphere, good lighting and accoustics and the service was impeccable - things on the menu were explained and the sommelier recommended a delicious bottle of red wine to accompany our main course of turbot....
