Beautiful, classy layout. Worth the visit just for the bread basket! I had the steak which was very well prepared. My guests had the fish and felt it was "quite rubbery" in texture, which was disappointing. Service was first class with a very attentive waiter. Looking forward to returning.

I took my parents here for a special occasion. I was slightly worried by the extremely subdued ambiance (hushed almost); but the service made up for it: attentive, friendly, high class, without being over bearing. The food is first rate French. Once a few more people had arrived, the room seemed to fill out with a more genial buzz.

Koffman isn't trying for stars here...he doesn't need to. This is a restaurant created by a confident chef who knows what the people want. Laid back but very attentive staff. I had the Cassoulet which was absolutely delicious - traditional french cooking at it's very best. Even the home baked cheese puffs to start were light and flavourful. What a... More

I have visited this restaurant several times for birthdays, anniversaries, high days and holidays so I feel a review is long overdue. It's always been consistently superb for us and we've never left feeling disappointed. Menus are a challenge for me being a non meat eater but there is always something quite delicious to tempt me. Staff are so attentive... More

We booked rather late in the day, so were a bit surprised to get a table this saturday. The place was half full, or half empty, so we got a nice table. Service was impeccable, food was very good, but not something I a going to salviate about, with a Post Theatre Menu, and my wife ordering A la C... More

Thank you to Michael and staff for an outstanding lunch today. The steaks, Scallops, lobster and wines were superb. We will be back.

Been here a few times, tried their deal with 3 courses , wine and coffee for 42 pounds. excellent all round. Had asparagus soup, liver and floating island. Service very attentive and courteous, not overbearing. Ambience great, tables well spaced and very pleasant.

One of my favourite meals ever. I got the set menu, which had some delicious ingredients on it, however, I mentioned to the waiter that it would be good to try Koffman's signature dish, which was not on the set menu. The waiter was really lovely, and said for no extra cost he would swap the main course to the... More

went on a weekday evening and I had all the classics. scallops and squid ink, pigs trotter, and pistachio soufflé. all of which to die for. dishes which were famed in the 80s that still do not fail to disappoint. koffman taught Marco Pierre white who taught Gordon Ramsey who taught Marcus warring, so you can see quite an impressive...
