Following a recent lunch visit where my husband was looking forward to snail ravioli as prepared on a recent Masterchef programme, when the dish was presented it was not pasta ravioli but filo pastry deep fried! He complained to the waitress who did not seem to have full command of English and said "that's how it comes". Having said that,... More

we booked a late lunch and had the set menu which was excellent although limited in choice the quality was excellent and first class value. wines by the carafe were also very good and some very reasonably priced for the type and location of the restaurant. it was the first time my fellow diners had been to Koffmann's and they... We lunched at Koffman's mid-week. Once seated we were given the two a la carte menus, but not the set lunch menu, which we had to ask for. This is naughty bordering on unacceptable. However once we had the set lunch menu we went for the 3 course variant at £26 per head (as opposed to £22 per head for... More

Came back from my first visit to Pierre Koffmann's. The reason we went was after seeing professional master chiefs on the BBC. I had heard of Pierre, old restaurant, but did not know he had opened a new one. What we liked was his description that it is simple food, but with great flavours. Having now been, that it very... Weekday lunch at a good restaurant is a bit of a guilty pleasure for many, and understandably. If you choose well, you can expect a slice of style and repose at a fraction of the cost of a dinner with a menu almost indistinguishable except for the price. To date, Roux at The Landau hits all the right buttons for... More

Booked here last minute after reading a few reviews and was very impressed. Service and attention to detail was top notch. We ordered one of the specials, a foie gras soup with jellied duck broth, which wasn't very good. It was no bother at all for this to be replaced with the foie gras terrine - which was delicious. The... More

We had travelled to London to meet some of our nearest & dearest, as the plan was to meet in the early afternoon, somewhere for an early lunch was needed. There are numerous websites offering seats at London's finest restaurants. The temptation, revert to type, spend a fortune to justify the trip, not on this occasion, I saw a deal... More

Visited with my loved one for dinner on 14th. It was fantastic and did not disappoint in any area. Warm welcome, a fabulous bread basket and an amuse bouche which included anchovy. As soon as my wife said that she was allergic to fish they brought her a Demi taste filled with the silkiest, smoothest flavoursome butternut squash soup ,... More

A really enjoyable meal at Koffmann's. We ordered the pre-theatre dinner menu, only available between 6-6.30pm. Plenty of choices and great food. The price is slightly cheaper than many of the a la carte options. Service was excellent which was attentive without being overbearing. We are going to book again for lunch on their fixed price menu later in the... More

Neighborhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
