Nice classic cooking. Nothing too fancy, just solid classic cooking. The services were very good , waiters knowledgeable , they loved what they were doing. Not the cheapest, but very very enjoyable.

We were a party of four for lunch at Koffman's last Sunday and it was a superb meal. Each course was completely faultless and utterly delicious. The service is professional and unhurried and we enjoyed a relaxing celebratory lunch. We will definitely go again.

I've eaten here twice and on both occasions have been impressed at how simple, authentic and excellent the food is. No foam to be seen. This is cooking for taste, not for show, and it really delivers.

Had dinner here recently on a 3 course 42.00 special with wine and believe me it's well worth it .. It's Pierre Koffman,s for chris sake ! The food was pretty spot on.. Starters included sardines and salads .. All with a nice twist. Mains were duck and my personal favourite liver in a lime sauce.. Don't worry it's not... More

The "very good" rating is given for the overall experience rather than the food in itself. We had a set lunch which included an onion pissaladier amuse and some basic petite fours with the coffee. The service was lovely and the wines were outstanding for the price - really enjoyable - and plenty of water. The food, although satisfactory, had... More

We arrived for dinner at Koffman's just after seeing the movie 'Chef'. In the first scenes of this movie, the chef is aware that a critic is going to be dining that evening, so goes to great lengths to offer a new and exciting menu that evening, but the owner shoots him down, telling him to offer his 'greatest hits'.... Simply perfect. The best bread in Britain has been made by Pierre for some time. It still is simply perfect. A starter of snail ravioli with Bayonne ham was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten, pure and clean flavours from his home region in France. Of course, had to have the pigs trotters stuffed sweetbreads and morels. This... More
