I went on a business lunch and was very impressed by this restaurant. The service was good - just the right amount of attention. For starter I had a very tasty tortellini. For main I had a fabulous fish dish ( and certainly fish seems to be a strong point with the menu) and a nice side dish of kale.... More

My husband and I had lunch here recently. After a little hiccup with table placing (being at the basement, it can be too dark away from the windows at day time). We opted for their lunch menu as it had just what we fancied: rabbit terrine, steamed mussels, grilled filet of sole. All perfectly prepared, simply delicious. The atmosphere is... More

I know it is Mayfair, but I struggle to see how any half-pint of cask beer can justify an £8 price tag. And the Thai starter, full of delicate flavours was served with a burnt piece of garlic bread - burying all the Thai flavours. These two things spoiled for me what would have otherwise been a really nice meal.... More

A very lively, exciting place, with excellent staff who are kind and supportive. Try the hamburgers, they are superb.

Booked a table on opentable UK. Had high expectations based on previous experiences in NYC and Montreal. We were 2 people (medical residents). Staff at the front desk haughty/patronizing. We got a table in what I will call room 2 - packed with "not so cool people". If your a businessman, a trader or a famous toilet designer accompanied by... More

Booking on line there was a very good 3-course offer at £17 from a set menu that also included a tea or coffee. I have been there a couple of times for a birthday celebration and also a lunch and enjoyed the experience. The venue is very lively, yet not too noisy. Waiting staff are charming, very efficient and helpful.... More

My partner and I had lunch here recently and eagerly anticipated the occasion, the menu and wine list certainly looked good. My partner ordered the Crabe roule to start which she really enjoyed, I ordered the Ailoli classique and had it come with all its advertised ingredients it would have been good, however it needed me pointing out to the... Boulud the newest Resturant in town. Affordable French inspiring dinning in the centre of Knightsbridge. This restaurant with cork panelled facade, vintage oak floors with a long inviting bar possibly to masculine for the girls but excitingly exuberance for the boys. We found the staff friendly, at-tentative with smiling faces and eager to please. The table setting was inviting, not... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
