The venue is classy and is a true reflection of the typical 1920s cabaret. The food was really tasty and service was excellent. All the... read more

Meal ok but some people didn't get food until others in party finished. Sides turned up at end of meal. Breads kept opposit ladies toilets. Extortionate drinks prices even fit London. (Gin, no mixer £10) Entertainment poor. Bill came up wrong, by £300!

Was here on 5th June for my husband's bday.. Had a lovely night.. The host kept us well entertained throughout.. The staff was very attentive and brought us our food and drinks promptly. The Starters and desserts were absolutely delicious, but the main was unfortunately not the best. We had the Fillet steak and pan-fried duck. The steak was so... More

I attended Saturday on my mums hen night, there was around 18 of us though we were expecting 24. When we arrived we were seated at a table that did not accommodate the 18 that were there so god knows how it would seat 24, an extra 2 tables had to be set up. The show was good and the... More

We went to Proud to celebrate a birthday, none of us were sure what to expect but we were all pleasantly surprised. The food and service were very good, our waitress Georgia was very friendly and attentive. The entertainment was very good, Dolly was a fantastic compare, very entertaining. Have booked again to go back in August.

Staying in City of London

Neighborhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighborhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighborhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
