Delicious churrasco

Warm and cozy atmosphere, good level of service and nice quality of food. Mussels had a funny taste, but it wasn't a big deal: the paella was good enough and the ecuadorian churrasco simply excellent. "Paso a Paso" white wine was a refreshing pleasant surprise.

During a weekend stay in Greenwich (with prior research of various restaurants in the area beforehand) me and my boyfriend opted to go here for dinner on a Saturday night (we reserved a table beforehand) after reading various good reviews and having a look at the menu. Suffice to say we were not disappointed, we received great service throughout and... More

Been here twice. Both times sitting in the nice a bit corny outdoors garden part of the restaurant which serves delicious mostly Mediterranean/Spanish style food. We've have had delicious tapas, an OK Paella, a huge Lambs(?) chunk of meat (don't exacly remember since another member of the party had it but he was very satisfied), Cevice, Octopus( perfectly cooked) and... Visited the hill after finding out they served gluten free pasta. It was tasty, arrived quickly and similar price to chains such as zizzis. Lovely place, little bit of a walk out of the main part of greenwich, but worth it, would definitely visit again.

Great food, lovely staff, great service. The experience was low key with a good menu range. We went with our two children and we all really enjoyed the evening.

We eaten here at the Hill... What can I say! Slow service and very poor but high price! Waited so long for the menù at the table! Food terrible couse the meat are not fresh! Lasagna was definitely frozen! Asked three times for some bread. Wine was good and the garden very nice! But not enough to get us back

Came for my birthday in May 2015. Staff were friendly, service was ok, decor was a little dated. They had a guy playing guitar in the corner which was a nice bonus. I had the lasagna, but I found it overpoweringly salty which was disappointing as it masked any other flavours. Probably won't go again.

By far the best authentic spanish food I've eaten in a good while - really stands up against competitors across the Greenwich area. The menu was varied, authentic & very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly & despite a wait for the bill we were kept busy with free after-dinner Spanish liquor on the house which was a really... More

Staying in Greenwich

Neighborhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
