Frequented on a number of occasions for a late, long lunch... We've grown to love this independent family run Italian restaurant. Excellent quality ingredients, cooked authentically, with a great choice of wines and there's no rush to leave..... We've lingered... and often been the only ones in the restaurant. Love this place :-)

I was lucky enough to be taken here by a group of friends and had one of the best Italians ever. The restaurant is family owned and everything is overseen by Papa who sits on his chair in the corner keeping a watchful eye on everything. I had the Risotto which was cooked to perfection. Sweets were sublime and a... More

We were staying in a hotel in Baker Street and wanted to eat in a local rather than chain restaurant. This little place is great - a proper Italian restaurant, with good specials (lobster tagliatelle was delicious), reasonably priced drinks and a cosy atmosphere. The pictures on the walls celebrate Italy's history, including World Cup wins. The staff all seemed... More

Busy family run Italian restaurant on Paddington Street just off Baker Street. The specials don't really change but are always good. I recommend the Calamari; fresh and home cooked. The liver is always good as are the steaks. As for wine, Amarone is always a winner.

Just off Baker Street is this little artisan gem. This establishment is opposite a Zizzi which as a mass chain of Italian restaurants I rate, but I thought I would give this a go. This little Italian gem is brilliant from the start. The welcome, the brisk but not intrusive staff and a real buzz of little Italy. On the... More

I was actually planning to have dinner at another restaurant when my friend and I found out that it was closed so this place was around the corner and we decided to try it. The ambiance is great and typical of a small family run restaurant. The food was good but not to go overboard for. Overall the experience was... More

We normally go to the same places, but it look very nice from the outside. The service was good but the food was average. My bresaola was out of a packet and they put so much rocket , it looked to me like they opened a packet and thrown it on the plate. My minestrone was tasteless and my friend... More

Seven of us had a table booked a few weeks ago and we were not disappointed - the food was delicious and portions huge - this would explain why the restaurant was full - the attention from the staff was spot on and they could not have done enough to make the evening a huge success - a restaurant that... We were looking for a 'non-chain' eateriy for our evening meal. Couldn't fault it. Slightly aged decor but food was gorgeous.
