Always good to go back

I have been going to this restaurant since I can remember but forgot about it. It is still as yummy and joyful to go. The staff is always there to please you and obviously the food is good quality italian food. However, I don't think it is the best italian restaurant but it is still good and... read more

6 of us shared a large round table, good for conversation. The Italian menu was presented expertly by the waiters who were immaculate.i had the Osso Bucco, "moto bene ".the others enjoyed various pastas and or veal dishes, washed down with the house red! Fantastico. All at a reasonable price. Shall definitely return on our next visit to London.

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions and in the past had a lovely meal and a pleasant time. My visit today was beyond disappointing. The service was acceptable and the food was fair but the disappointing moment came at the end of the meal when my friend and I decided to split the bill. Their credit card machine... More

Good old school Italian , even with a dessert trolley. The waiters are fab, really good fun whilst being professional . It takes you back in time and that's a good thing when it's done this well. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful restaurant in the outskirts of Chelsea with a beautiful decor and a vast area at the back that accommodates large groups. I have been to this place many many times and one thing that bothers me is the lack of recognition for the reception/manager for my fidelity. I mostly get it from the wonderful waiting staff who do their... More

Best Italian restaurant in London, food is always to a top level, staff are affable and warm. The atmosphere is unreal and the owners have really outdone themselves with the new refurbishments to the back patio.

Just enjoyed a delicious set of antipasti (the Burrata was outta sight!) and spaghetti. The atmosphere is friendly, authentic and delicious.

Wanted to enjoy a nice Italian when in London for the weekend and this meal was fantastic. Love Antipasti, followed by 2 great pasta dishes (the boar recommendation was great by the waiter). We were nicely fed and watered when the speciality roast rabbit turned up for the main. Great. I don't know how we managed the dessert but could... More

Great well established restaurant with an excellent reputation. The pasta is sublime and their fish excellent. Lots of good Italian wines, go for the Chianti (obviously). The staff have been there for years, they know all their regular customers (of which there are many) and welcome all guests into their 'family'.

Returned last night and as usual our experience was very good. The food is not fancy and the presentation is pretty simple, its not a michelan restaurnt but the flavours are what makes it so special for us. When we arrived the restuarnt was not full, we were sat in the outside area which it was warm and lively with... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
