I recently ate at La Petite Maison for a friends stag weekend. The restaurant is beautiful, and the style of eating... Order various dishes and share is great! Very sociable! The escargot are delicious! The half roasted baby chicken was absolutely scrumptious! Prepare to pay London prices, lovely experience, visit with friends! I look forward to returning again.

There are few restaurants better than LPM for truly excellent Summer cuisine. Best to choose multiple starters - can highly recommend the green lentil and apple salad, carpaccio of St Jacques, burrata - and then the fish mains, a particular favourite being the turbot with chorizo. The ambience is always bright and sparkling and the service attentive but not obtrusive.... More

This was my first time dining at La Petite Maison but I was astounded at just how good the food was. In fact everything was great about the restaurant. One of our best restaurant experiences anywhere in the world.

Three of us had lunch and the waiting staff were very attentive. The menu was explained, but we were told that we woudl need 3-4 starters to share as they were fairly small. This was not so! We ordered 4 and they were not small at all - but all were absolutely delicious. I recommend the salt cod croquettes, but... More

Had a celebratory lunch for 3----midweek.-delightful dining room, lots of fresh flowers. Not full but very busy and slowish service-too much pressure on the kitchen. We opted to share some starters --though these are better for 2 to share than 3.For mains one person opted for Turbot the other two to share the signature chicken (for two- £70) having waited some 25 minutes... Incredible food. Fabulous service. Nice ambiance. Great wine list. But it's the food that makes this place extraordinary. I have eaten in many of the finest restaurants in the world. Certainly in London. But this place is in a league of it's own. Try to get a table then thank me later...

Really enjoyed our meal at LPM. Very tasty starters to share and mains excellent. Must be the first French restaurant we have been to without a cheese board but we only had room to share a dessert. Good wine list with range of wines by the glass and carafe and given good advice. Service patchy as very busy. Forgot bread.... More

One of our best. All three appetizers, three mains and three desserts were great. More than enough for the three of us, even had to leave some Creme brûlée. Dover sole and veal chop especially good

Our 4 starters were hardly enough to share unless you are happy with one bite each, especially lobster/crab salad and scallops. Bread arrived very tardy, No amuse bouche to keep us going with our champagne! Main courses bigger, desert normal portions. Staff very friendly, building works next door, so very noisy outside. Clientele nothing special to boring. Having said that... More
