We had a good time although we found it a little uncomfortable to be told that we had to leave the table by 9pm. We had enough time though so it was ok. The food was delicious but a little overpriced.

We heard very good things about this restaurant for its well prepared French foods and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The only detractor was that the meal was very expensive, but worth it.

Stumbled across this atmospheric delight, almost anonymously hidden in a Mayfair mews, a few years ago and it remains a personal favourite - although I've not reviewed it before. The eclectic clientele seems to be a melange of young and old, from business or the worlds of fashion and entertainment, and local residents and international travellers. The menu is French... More

Meeting my sister in London after a long time, my wife and I wanted to take her to somewhere special to enjoy the London ambience. This is one of my favourite restaurants because the staff are friendly, efficient and the food is always excellent. We enjoyed a fabulous Saturday lunch last week and it was perfect, the table was perfect,... More

Had one of my best meals at this wonderful restaurant and have nothing to complain about. The food and service was amazing and we had a wonderful time and will certainly come back here again next time in London. Book a table in advance.

As a meat-lover, grilled rib-eye steak is perfect! I also ate burrata et tomates and green beans which were also very tasty. Definitely worth a visit and don't forget to book a table.

Dined here last week and by jove, I wished I hadn't. We had to wait over 40 minutes for the food which, when it eventually arrived was the most dreadful piece of chicken swimming in grease ever presented to me. Accompanied by an entry for the worlds smallest salad, saturated in olive oil the experience finally sabk the ship of... More

I have had a number of business lunches at this restaurant over the last couple of years. The service, food & general ambiance have always been top notch. It is up there as one of the most dependable of London restaurants.

The appetizers were consistently bland efforts, the best of which was a plain tomato that one is was allowed to eat with a little salt and olive oil. Our host generously proposed we share a turbot as a main course. I attempted to explain to the maitre d how to debone the fish more or less successfully. His instinct was... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
