Great place to eat as long as you are not on a budget or can afford that second Mortgage. I really enjoyed it and the service was fantastic. 2 courses and drinks for 2 came to £500 which was a little steep but for me it was well worth it. If its a special occasion give this place a spin.

Amazing food - the Venison, Duck a l'orange and Sea Bream were delicious and the Crème Brulee divine! Impeccable service - the staff were amazing - a fabulous buzzy atmosphere.

The menu is very comprehensive with a large selection of appetisers and a smaller - but select - number of main course dishes, where this restaurant excels is in the interesting variety of 'tapas style' dishes in the appetisers. All of the food is both tasty and top quality. Although at the upper-end pricewise, well worth a visit Booking both... More

Beautiful classic French restaurant. The kind you'd like to dress up a little for. Great food and great service. Pricey but worth it. Had the escargot and a Dover sole.Yumm.

The restaurant, as always was full. The service is always attentive and well informed. The food however is the star. Clean, fresh flavours, using the best ingredients. Loved helping myself to the olive oil and whole tomato to be eaten with the crusty bread. The menu is full of tempting choices and we found ourselves ordering too many starters to... More

Went to celebrate a birthday, had trouble to find a suitable reservation. Enjoyed every bit of the starters and main course. However, wine overpriced. Noisy at peak hours. Dont miss the Daurade au citron ( enough for two).

Just don't quite get it, yes it's goods, but spectacular? Not so sure, tasty, great ingredient simply prepared, nothing new or that isn't done better by someone else in my view. Why do people think it's that great? , maybe because it's just so expensive that the majority of the cheaper customer who would complain about anything simply can't afford... More

My colleague and I were on business in London for a week and we had exactly one chance for a perfect dinner. We arrived earlier than our reservation and were led to our table immediately by a friendly lady who took care of our coats - fabulous. We had three starters, three mains, and a dessert. The Escargots and French... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighborhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
