We set up a family dinner for 11 at the Masala Zone Bayswater. They seemed totally unprepared. It took a good 45 minutes to get drinks and order the meal. After another 45 minutes the food arrived. They blamed the sluggishness on the eatery being overly busy, however, I saw plenty of empty tables. On top of the wait the... More

This was my first Indian dish - we had chicken keema curry and I was nervous because I don't usually eat spicy food. It was really good and I would definitely eat it again. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and great artwork on the walls. Good meal!

We wanted to try Indian food while in London and chose the Masala Zone not far from our hotel. Good service, good food. A good range of different food and spice levels. Waitress was helpful in explaining how their menu worked.

We visited the Bayswater location of Masala Zone which is airy and modern. Would highly recommend the grand thali (or regular thali if you're not as hungry) which provides moderate portions of several dishes including a protein, vegetable side dishes, papadum, rice and chapati bread. A great way to try a variety of dishes. Delicious food and good service.

The food and service was good. Not so spicy which is a bit sad and they don't got Cobra beers. The nan bread is just great!!! The restaurant was boring and not that cosy

We found this restaurant while looking for another (still looking). The decor was least Indian. All food we ordered was excellent. The lassi was too good. We went on a very busy day, but our host had time for us. The crowd was very varied, perhaps a looking glass at England. Our hostess wasn't Indian but very informed about what... More

Stopped in on our weekend in London and had a good meal - particularly enjoyed the lamb chops and butter chicken. Good value for money.

We had a great Indian meal here. The food tasted like Indian food cooked in India! At least the malai prawn curry did. We loved our spicy guava juice. The starters were a bit odd. The potato tikki (patty) was clearly out of a freezer and not properly thawed. But they didn't charge us for it when we told them... More
