I've been to almost all Masala Zone restaurants in London. This one I already visited three times now and I always enjoyed it. This time I had the Grand Thali with Malabar Green Chicken, which I can definetly recommend!

If you are a real Indian n know what Indian food tastes like, you will hate it to the core.. The food was very bland.. Mix of flavours which don't get along in a single dish.. Black lentil (dal) which was actually served yellow n black mixed with sweet sugary taste.. Very disappointed after hearing all the hype.. Absolute rubbish..... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here. Lovely food, excellent service and reasonable price. Pleasant decor with vibrant colourful wall coverings. Would certainly return.

We were told by the waiter that a 17.5% discount would be given if we took a main course and two street food and two drinks but when the bill arrived -there was no discount! We were charged the price as in the Menu. So when we asked the waiter he said that the Menu prices were already discounted! They... More

Dear Sir I am very sorry for any confusion. The menus we give out at lunch clearly state at the top that the prices are already discounted. We originally showed full price and it was following comments from our guests that we changed the menu to show the discounted price Once again please accept my apologies John Lederer More

First off - the system to make table bookings is extremely convenient and forward, they have an awesome app online to make reservations. If u re going for a weekend lunch, you can 17.5% off on the slightly expensive menu - in my opinion the place is slightly expensive...However, it's in the heart of the city, they make great tasting... With all the great options for Indian food in London, Masala Zone should be low on your list of places to visit. However, in a rush, the food was good and the service attentive and friendly.

Poor service. When I complain that food doesn't taste like an Indian and that it was very bland. I was told that clients liked it that way. I am sorry your resturant is call masala zone not bland zone. If you want bland food with mutton labeled as lamb. This place does not know what lamb is. Avoid. Poor food.

First visit to Masala Zone. Value was fair, certainly not cheap. The dishes were rather small and it's another one of these places which likes to award itself a 'tip' before the customer has considered the idea. Service was good, if anything a litte too sales-oriented for my liking and they seemed over-keen to 'educate' you about Indian cuisine, which... More
