Description: Located in the heart of the imposing Canary Wharf area of London's Docklands, Jamie's Italian is the superb Italian restaurant from team Jamie Oliver, offering fantastic rustic Italian dishes with a touch of the Oliver magic. A relative newcomer to the Canary Wharf restaurant scene, Jamie's Italian not only attracts the hordes of local suited and booted from the nearby office towers, but also a good section of local residents and visiting shoppers. The menu is terrific with delicious back to basics dishes using the freshest of ingredients. Prices are surprisingly affordable too and the vibe is lively and informal. A great all rounder.

Nice location, great decoration, efficient service. The food? Greasy french fries (we asked to change it 3 times and it continued greasy), good bruschetas, average pasta, terrible milanesa stuffed with prosciuto (also greasy). No reason to get a line and spend your time here. It is pure marketing, a tourist catcher.

I ordered the calves liver and had to send it back as it was under cooked and very tough, it actually made me feel quite nauseous. When it did come back most of the mash (and there wasn't a lot to start with) had gone and it was still very tough. I could not eat it, nor would my dining... More

Few years ago I visited Fifteen and wasn't too impressed, that's why I had some mixed feelings to try the Italian. But it proved to be such a great surprise, and had dinner here twice in four days :). Staff very attentive and menu top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable about the food they are serving. I highly... More

Nice price and cool environment. Is worth to try. The pasta i asked was very good. Is located outside a big mall, very good after a day of shopping.

Jamie's Italian near Bishopsgate is a stuning location. The food is delicious: loved the octupus salad as starter, the mains are tasteful and filling. The dessert was spectacular: pannacotta, amalfi limmoncello sorbet and creamy cheeses. The service was also very good. The staff were very kind and provided our order fast. I'd come back every time.

I have had a handful of good meals at this Canary Wharf restaurant but this week it was poor. I ordered the fish special of hake to be told it was already sold out- it was only 6pm on a Wednesday! So I was offered trout instead. I accepted and said I would have it with the grilled vegetables still.... More

Went to London with the purpose of going to Jamie's Italian and was worried because we ended up not making reservations. To my surprise there was absolutely no line when we got there for dinner! The staff was very pleasant and the food delicious! The pasta I ordered was really-really good cauliflower that I wish I could eat everyday. Wine... More
