Good honest Thai food

Odd entrance set up with a room/bar for take-away; restaurant is upstairs. That said, food was good original Thai with lots of heat! Convenient for theatre land and well priced. Has excellent Thai wine.

We wanted to have dinner before a show and the restaurant is in the heart of Soho. IT offers a wide variety of dishes and we liked our choices. You get a 15% discount if showing your theatre Ticket. Beware: the restaurant charges a 12,5% service fee. The Staff was friendly.

Have been to Thai Tho on a number of occasions after stumbling upon it by chance. The quality of the food has always been excellent - fresh, hot and delicious with a vast and varied menu. Most of the dishes are quite hot, which is great for a chilli addict like me. If going pre-theatre, I would suggest to allow... More

After a great day around London my boyfriend and I came here for dinner. The service was a little slow, after being shown to a lovely table by the window,we then had to ask to see the drinks menu and then tell the waiter we were ready to order. The food was delicious, great flavours and served very elegantly. The champagne was... More

This restaurant tries to deliver in decor what it severely lacks in service. 45 mins wait for entree is no joke. A waitress who does not understand service industry ruined our experience. Food was okay, not the best Thai I have eaten in London or elsewhere. Hit or miss..you are welcome to try at your own risk.

I went to this restaurant yesterday to meet an old friend after whom I hadn't seen for years. This restaurant completely ruined this meeting by delivery terrible food and the customer experience we had ever had. The starter was bad, overly spicy and way too lemony. After the starter we had to wait over an hour for our food and... More

I have said before that I start with a 4 star and add or subtract as appropriate. We have just under an hour and a half before our show but seemed to be ignored. Our bottle of champagne did more pirouettes around the room than a matthew Bourne ballet before arriving back at our table. After half an hour we... More

Very close to the theatre which is why we booked it. Pleasantly surprised. Small but well thought out and intimate. The food was good, a range of thai as well as chinese food. Had some great cocktails - perfect for pre theatre dining.

This is average tasting Thai food. Not the best but not the worst. I ordered Chicken PadThai. Portion size was good but it lacked spice even though I requested "hot". TomYum soup was very good - spicy. Tables are rather close together. So, you will definitely overhear the conversations at the tables on either side of you.

When we walked into the restaurant we were not sure about the place because it's kind of small and it does look like a bar more. I ordered Pad Thai and the foods came out super fast and sure enough it was the best Pad Thai I have ever had!!! 5 starrrrr...

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
